Can’t we all just get along? I love station wagons. I have a cool station wagon. But Broncos are two doors and they always have been. And don’t get me wrong, I love the Ford flex with the eco-boost power but if I’m going to drive a bronco it’s going to look like a bronco, not a Ford flex.

Calling a 4 door a ford flex is your way of "getting along" is it?
One more check mark in the insecure and fussy 2 door owner column. You guys are a real riot.

Broncos "always" ran little 29" tires and V8s and never had MIC tops. How dare you not be a purist? Power steering too? How dare you? LED lights!!! The horror

The hypocrisy of this comment in a 2 door specific thread is a riot.
Your comments about 2 doors aren't any different, so you can probably get off your high horse there bud lol 😉

it’s great to be able to choose how many doors.
And that is the rub, my man. The trajectory of the revived Bronco flight path suggests it is going to land in the "no 2-door option" zone, which very well may have been the intended target all along.

And that would be a shame

The difference oh wise Ducati is that I'm always RESPONDING to the comments of the 2 door owners. I don't start threads knocking 2 doors. I don't hop onto 2 door threads and start trashing them. I am RESPONDING to the obnoxious BS that gets posted here constantly.

Like I mentioned earlier, I know that 2 wrongs don't make a right, but I also know I'm not the only one feeling frustrated by the boomer crew acting like freaking toddlers every time the subject of door count comes up.

it seems more discussion regarding this topic in this forum tends to play out like this:

4Dr owner: hey nice 2dr, I have this one bc I wanted more space and comfort for my passengers.

2Dr owner: don’t even mention our name in the same sentence you heathen, you disgrace the Bronco name by driving this abomination that looks absolutely nothing like a Bronco (the difference being it’s a little over a foot longer), how dare you want extra space and comfort

And if that comes to pass, I'll not own one. I'll keep buying Jeeps, they know their market.

My parents brought me home from the hospital in a 1972 Mach 1. Later on it was a 78 Cougar and then a 88 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe. Guess my dad refused to be a mini van guy and that's what the 4 door looks like to me :ROFLMAO:
Sounds like my folks. Endless string of 2-door cars and trucks. And then they bought a Ford Windstar when us kids were well into our 20s. Never did figure that out, but Dad said at the time they could haul more in it than his F150 with the rear seats out. Probably better mileage by far too.

There is no difference. It always goes back and forth both ways, and it wont stop after this.
Just need to learn to ignore the haters

lol I'm 34 and I have a 2 door. It just look right.

If I'm getting an impractical 17mpg vehicle I might as well make it more impractical so it stands out and more special.

I got a wife and a kid. We go to Costco buy tons of groceries and have no problem fitting everything in the trunk. Sometimes I throw the big items like a big pack of the paper towels at the back seat that's about it.

I think I only needed to haul additional adults like co workers and friends 4 - 5 times since I got it back in 2022. I don't really need extra doors. In fact, it is alot easier in the summer I just need to take off two doors in stead of four 😂

When I was a kid, my parents stuffed my sister and I in the backseat of a 2 door pinto hatchback. You don't NEED a 4 door for kids. You only think you do.
My sister and I were stuffed into a pinto for a few months as well, along with our little beagle, Queenie. My parents traded the Pinto in for a Bronco soon after the Pinto's started exploding. The Bronco took us on many family vacations, during the 70's, camping in the U.P. and Northern Ontario. My dad removed the rear seat and us kids, and dog, road on top of a piece of plywood supported on the bed rails. All of our camping equipment went under the plywood kid shelf including one of those big blue canvas tents with the blue and white striped roof. Now even a 4 door Bronco isn't big enough for most families stuff.

You don't by chance happen to be a referee in your spare time? You know, ignore the 1st offense but call it every time the 2nd guy does it. 😂

Last year Boomer here, and I don't get the least bit bothered by the 2-door/4-door discussions/debates/arguments/rants.
I find it quite entertaining actually.... these are forums for God's sake. Anyone who takes these silly message boards seriously or personally and gets upset needs to find a new activity.

Okay folks, back to the debate/rants, my popcorn 🍿 just finished.......:)

I guess I always find myself getting frustrated when I expect adults to act like actual adults. I'm learning more and more that most adults are just old children and for some reason I get sucked into debating them. You know what they say: Never argue with stupid people. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. I'm good 99% of the time but the trolls ok this site definitely rub me the wrong way. Moreso than on any other forum I participate in.
