It's a standard practice if a combo takes excessive weight that any competent shop should have done automatically.

What size are you running? I’m interested in the 35x12.50R17 but those won’t be available until next year according to their website. I just put them in my wife’s Jeep Grand Cherokee L and they are pretty awesome.
