Tire noise is the least bothersome noise in a bronco.

The Big Bend wheels are too narrow at 7.5" for a 315 or 12.5" tire. I would look instead at a 35x11.5r17, 285/75r17 (34") or 295/70r17...

That rubber triangle part of the seal in the front corner sometimes has a bad crease in it - try fidgeting with it and see if the noise...

At 70mph, I don't hear any tire noise in my non-Sas Badlands. I hear plenty of wind noise, though. Are you sure it's not wind noise...
