Hi! Tried the 120v power port on the back of the center console for the first time, no power. Searched the Sync manual and read the paper manual, both mention an indicator showing whether the port is on, off, or in fault mode. On and off indicator makes me think there is a switch, but the manuals don't mention a switch. I know the vehicle has to be in accessory mode or running.
Fuse 36 under the hood is not blown.
Any suggestions before I make a warranty appointment?
