What’s the general consensus on best setups to fit 37’s? I’m looking to throw bigger tires on, at the same time, would love to upgrade the suspension for better and smoother ride quality. What do y’all recommend?

For the best I would wait a few months and see what Camburg, Funhaver, RPG offroad and some of the bigger offroad companies come out with for complete systems. It won't be cheap, but you asked for best.

That’s my feeling as well. What’s the best option out right now? I have a Sasquatch, but I’m sure I’ll need to lift another inch or two to clear 37’s right?

I don't know of a high-end system out right this second. It looks like Camburg has preorders on their site for UCA, trailing arms, coilovers etc. and it seem like the King coilovers are up to 2" over stock. I'm not sure of any complete system that optimizes offroad capability with 37's right now. If you only want to go to the mall, then I think you can fit 37's on a stock SAS with the right offset.

It depends on what you mean by clear. You won't clear lock-to-lock and max compression unless you trim the frame. If just road trips and flat dirt, then you just need 2" or so lift (e.g. 4WP coilovers).

The BDS/Zone solution is maybe closest solution currently available. It adds 3" front/2" rear lift, but also adjusts bump stops to keep 37's in check. As far as I know, you can only buy the BDS/Zone kits through maxlider currently. Tires can still contact frame at full lock and max compression. The BDS UCA supports upgrade to Fox coilovers when available.

King 2.5 shocks and maybe upper control arms. They can give you 3 inches of lift.

Check this guy out No Mall Crawler. He is on Facebook but says he post way more videos on Tiktok. He has 2in spacer lift Cheap 2in Zone lift and 37x13.5r17s (You could go cheap till a better lift comes out. Who cares if you wear the balljoints out you're going to buy new ones anyway)He says 0 rub in the back and only in the most extreme spots does he have any in the front but he says its very little. This is real world not what people say check his videos out.

This is a copy and past off Facebook.
Can I say this beast is awesome! Wheeled all day today and the performance blew everyone away! I installed 37’s on stock wheels. 2” lift in front and 1” in rear $100 TC Customs, 1.25 “ spacers. This is non Sasquatch Badlands but since it’s 2.3 liter and manual it is pretty much a sas! I went places that the others in my group couldn’t make it up at Hidden Falls. ( went up loose rock if your familiar with the area)
Things that are slightly problematic and in my opinion first on my list to upgrade.
#1 shock mounts are like boat anchors and hang 2” lower than everything so this needs a change.
#2 better armor starting with front and rear bumper. Anyone have a good supply resource let me know.
I may go to a slightly bigger spacer to eliminate the very slight rubbing when I was extremely flexed and turning at same time. Otherwise this is to me is the best “budget” way to fit 37’s and ultimately outperform anything we saw out there today. So yes best bang for the buck, without spending $10,000 in upper control arms, coil overs, wheels and tires.
I spent $2,400 doing it this way.
At the end of the day skid plates and rock rails performed as needed. Yes I have my share of scratches on the skid plates, rock rail, and bumpers but this was what I bought this for. All in all very impressive.

To be clear I'm not saying this is the best but as others have said best hasn't hit the market yet so for about $400 + Tires you could get started till the best comes out.

So, what's your definition of best? You said better and smoother ride....compared to what?

So, do you want a softer suspension than stock? Is that what you really want with 37" tires? Or do you mean better and softer (more capable) suspension while you're hauling ass over rough terrain. Or, do you mean best (cheapest) suspension to throw 37's on it and drive to the mall?

What do you want the suspension to do for you? Better ride over rough terrain will require more travel and likely a stiffer spring rate to not bottom out but might not be a softer ride on the street.

If you can’t wait just do a spacer lift until something real is available.

If you are selling the Bilstein coilovers, let me know. I’m waiting on Fox, but would be interested in all 4 squatch takeoffs.

Bronco Raptor. Designed for 37's and factory warranty. But since that is not a readily available option, I am waiting to see what Fabtech / Dirtlogic put out.
