I'm a glass full guy, so I understand your angst, but I'm cool as a cucumber over here. Easy to check if it is actually shipped via the tracker. If you have a ship date in the aemservices tracker, it's shipped.

These emails are auto-generated fantasy and nothing more... You would be a fool to believe anything in them to be fact. It might be the intention, but it certainly isn't fact.

“Your Bronco™ VIN # …. is scheduled to have its hardtop roof replaced in November based on your production date and prioritization of oldest units first.”

7/13/2020 reservation (+6 mins after open)
8/13/2021 blend date
8/16/2021 modules popped, still “In Production”

Exact dates as you, also with a November email.

09/24 UPDATES:

• Thanks for everyone's responses yesterday, we have determined the transition dates for each months Roof Replacement estimate:
  • Transition between September & October is 07/02- Rotation# 2657
  • Transition between October & November is 08/02- Rotation# 3061
• Cleaned up the Tracker:
  • I reached out and confirmed all "Built" status, some were in error thinking their "Produced" status meant "Built" where in DM's case it still means "In-Production".
  • Filtered out the Soft Tops as my assumption is they are picking them ASAP outside yesterdays estimated release schedule
  • This cleaned up the list A LOT! and we now have something that looks a lot closer to FIFO than what was previous portrayed (sorry eh )

I just got my built email!!!! I was 7/12 blend scheduled for October and now it’s built! Says delivery 10/20 -10/26 by rail to Seattle area. Only the b6g tracker shows the change aside from the email fwiw. Now for the last month of waiting…

Which dealer are you working with, Kirkland? My was built 7/16 but no delivery eta. I did get the email saying awaiting new top replacement in Oct. I'm at Bellevue.

Technically Ford Canada* needs to up their game as they are a separate entity from FoMoCo.
I've come to realize trying to get the mothership to help is useless, even Mr. Levine passing us on to a Canadian.

The estimated time in the Tracker has always been excessively long from what we've seen.
So view that as a worst case scenario.

Mark, I don't feel the need, I keep in good contact with them. I did just refresh the Ford tracker and surprised to see I got a bump!!! Now shows arrival on the 5th Before it said the 16th!
