"unscheduled-clean" can be on either 99 or 10-19. If your build summary doesn't have a 10-19 priority code (either 10, 11, 12-19 or anything lower, like "2" for "Priorities".) Then it probably won't get built in MY21. Now, there's a lot of reasons this could happen, if you're so far out of their allocation that there's no chance in it happening, there's no reason to have a 10, 11, 12-19, etc. If your reservation date is post-9/18, Ford has went on record as saying all of those after 9/18 would be MY22.

If a dealer so much as touches the "market offer" (I have no idea why they call it that, because it's actually the body code/engine/door cell) and makes a change, the priority automatically goes to a "19" and if they hit the submit button, will stay a "19" (which really doesn't matter, so long as it's a 10-19 Ford has said to me "it will be built, if it can be built") and the dealer CANNOT CHANGE IT BACK to a 99. The only way I know of a 99 remaining on an "order" is if the dealer converted the reservation to the order banks and did not enter in the build info (deferred to MY21) OR the dealer has asked Ford to switch it back to a 99 (deferred).

I emailed my dealer the other day to finally decide a color (carbonized gray. Idk why, but that's what I decided.) and it had a 17. I emailed back to ask, and he simply stated "that's what I put them in as." I took it at face value. I'll get it when I get it.
When it comes to the bronco, any code 10-19 doesn't make a difference.

I am going to see the salesman and new car manager tomorrow at 10.

Hopefully we can get it resolved. I know the owner but hate to get him involved.

They are telling me that most of their orders are code99 so I wonder if they did not realize the code needed to be changed at the time the order was placed...
You know the owner but come here? Heck, people come to me with stupid stuff all day long at work when they get an answer from my staff they don't like. If I knew them I'd be going in for a visit and tell them how their staff is treating you, he's the owner, you're a customer ... he's making a living off of you, get him involved.

They must not know how to order vehicles in WBDO, and are using the old system still called CONCEPS. They have to actually hit submit on your order to push it from 99 to 19. Its very simple, but a lot of dealers haven't ordered vehicles on WBDO, so they may be clueless.

I have a Wildtrack SAS reservation converted to order. The order was placed 1/21 and shows code 99. I have discussed the code 99 with my salesman and they act clueless about the code 99. No amount of discussion will convince them that it means "do not build". They say my order has been "picked up" by Ford but that it will be next month before they know anything officially. None of this seems to match the discussions on the forum. When I told him that his info did not match what I am reading he sent another print out that shows my order In Processing and Unscheduled Clean. Does this mean anything? Does this mean the code 99 has been changed? Any suggestions from the experts?

Thanks in advance.

I'd ask them for an updated order summary preview. If it still says 99 then it's not going to get scheduled or a Dealer Order receipt (DORA) and if that has priority 99 then that confirms they need to edit the priority code.

When you have your reservation at your dealership and the dealership converted it over into WBDO it helps them to gain a higher allocation. If they touch it at all it goes from a 99 to a 19. Granger has it correct in better detail. The only way it goes back to a 99 after they make changes is if they requested it. I had this happen with 1 order and what a pain it was.... Ford will NOT look at or touch ANY 99s. It may be a lack of understanding on their (the dealerships) part or an oversight. I would suggest you do follow up and go in.

The Bronco was converted Code 99 (used for 2022 builds) but not built and accepted so they need to do that and then it will be a 19 for a chance at a 2021...

Here ya go Glenn, all in one tidy package from those that know. If your dealer tries to refute this info ask them to prove what they are saying. Good luck.

I think This dealer also mentioned the priority codes info.

Your dealer is either lying or doesn't know what they are talking about. Either way, it is you that suffers. I personally would not put up with this situation, but I'm an aggressive prick when I need to be. You now have confirmation from earlier posts that your vehicle will not be built for MY21 with a code of 99. You would have already know this if you were active on this forum. Go to the dealer and do NOT leave until you have a new DORA with a code between 10-19. Don't be passive.

Don't know if my eyes are fooling me, but there seems to be a huge mistake on your order summary. You say you ordered the Wildtrak, but the order summary says it's a Badlands. You may want to get that sorted out as well. Hopefully you meant Badlands SAS and not Wildtrak.
