It’s been discussed a lot. I think people have very unrealistic expectations of what the Bronco will deliver. In the heaviest trims with the 2.7 I would expect 16-17. My F150 gets 19 with smaller, less aggressive tires, numerically higher gearing, spoiler and underbody wind tray. Add 35” tires, 4.70 gears and the added aerodynamic drag and your in the mid teens. Big Bend 2.3l with 32s should be in the F150 and Ranger ballpark at 19 or 20 combined. But if I get better, that’s awesome too!

I drive a 2019 F150 crew cab, 4x4, with 3.5 eco, 33" tires, and get 19.7 around town so I'm not too worried about the 2.7 in my Bronco. I don't baby it either. You never know how much time these test Bronco's set and idle or how the are driven so I wouldn't look too hard into dash MPG numbers.

19 would be 10 mpg better than my f150 is getting right now. 1 mile commute and an hour of remote starting every work day takes a toll.

Still wondering why anyone that constantly talks down about the bronco and consistently hypes other brands would even waste any part of their life on a Bronco forum. Just a thought.

I’ll say it once more. You guys out there thinking a 4500 lb vehicle on 35s getting anything better than 17MPG is in for a rude awakening

My POS 2000 Cherokee gets about 14-15. My wife's Rav4 AWD probably get a 24/25 combined. Thankfully, I only drive about 5 miles a day now that my job is 100% remote. I'll take the 20 mpg! One day I'll get above 30 mpg dammit.

They are offering a product... that I choose to buy... if I wasn’t happy with it I’d be somewhere looking at one I did want... how has that got anything to do with sheep?

It all depends on how much you put the hammer down.

my truck with an is fun to drive and it is very tempting to drop the hammer all the time!

Definitely going to want to see what the 2.7 is capable of
