I was one of the ones who had an order submitted without my knowledge on the 20th of Jan, for a Bronco I never would have optioned out that way, and Ford sent me a confirmation email of that which is how I found out in the first place. So since then I've visited my dealership in person, 3 days ago. I had them resubmit the order with the options I actually wanted. They gave me a printout of the order sheet they supposedly submitted, but I haven't yet gotten a new confirmation email from Ford and the order listed in my account on Ford.com is still the first order that was submitted without my consent. What should be the next step? Calling the Ford hotline number and asking them on Monday? I called my dealer today and they said it's "been submitted" but I have to just go on their word about that I suppose. It'd be nice to get a confirmation from Ford.
I'd say give Ford a call on Monday if you get nothing. I've never ordered a vehicle period let alone a new launch, but it seems to be going poorly at best. Everything I've gotten has just been speculation including from my dealer. I wish things were more clear. This had not made me a fan of the whole idea of independent dealers who just do essentially whatever they want with little to no regard for the customer.

They did NOT provide the build sheet. I only have a hand written purchase agreement for the dealership. But the purchase agreement only covers the price, not any options or anything like that. I did send an email to my salesman, but he simply said he did not have anything at this time. I'm keeping an eye on it, but for sure the dealership will get a call from me as soon as I can call them to find out what's going on.
They put something into the system for your order. The person entering the orders may not be your salesman.

I would simply reach out to them and ask them to pull up your order and print it out / send it to you.

That way you can check it for accuracy and have them change it if it’s incorrect.

My Ford account shows in store order and I have an email with the proper build. All went normal and I have the dealer sheet too.
That's the thing. I have no build sheet. I requested it, but he said "I do not have that at the moment."

I'm going to assume that's true because he took wrote down my options from build and price and then left and didn't come back for a while before telling me I was good to go. I thought I had initialed the build sheet but since I didn't get a copy I'm no longer sure.

I saw my dealer this week.... And I also have in-store order. Basically, changed you're reservation into an order, without placing the order. This also locks you to that dealer I believe. No changing.
I go back later once I know more about my trade-in and X-plan (in Canada) and then sit down and actually build the order with my guy.

I had the same issue. I placed an in store order on Jan 20, and never received an email from Ford. I noticed my priority was 99 on my doca, so I emailed my dealer to ask him to change it to 19. He emailed me back, indicating that I was already priority 19, but 2 minutes later I got the confirmation email from Ford. Perhaps there was a glitch in the system, and my dealer looking at the order again cleared it? Or, he changed me to 19... Either way, I recommend you check into your priority code, and if it's 99, it may be indication of a hold.
