Thanks to all constructive contributors and thoughtful comments... jerks, trolls and the ignorant not with standing.
For better or worse my process is always to exhaust most/all potential clear pathways to a given outcome before considering compromise as a viable option - if time permits. It appears within this group none have been experienced or known to exist - though some have explored to some degree maybe? This of course doesn't mean one or more don't.
Thinking out loud... I wonder if fleet sales might be a possibility.
I still think it possible that Ford could be enticed - and yes I know the effort needs to make sense for them on numerous levels... financial considerations being only part of the overall spitball to production rollout landscape. No doubt it's a heavy, burdensome process... don't ask me how I know : )
