I'm sure you did but did you close all doors, buckled up and put it on drive before trying to enable Auto-Hold? Also resetting the infotainment system could help, you need to press Power+Skip song for a couple of seconds
Doors were closed, but none of the other stuff I did. I can toggle auto-hold on and off on my F150 and Bronco Sport while it is in park and with my seatbelt off. Why do you think that would make a difference?

I rebooted the APIM with FORScan which accomplishes the same thing as power+skip song. That is how I was able to get the auto-hold to show up.

Edit: In my F150, door has to be closed, but it can be in park and no seatbelt on to enable/disable. If I try to enable it with the door open, it won't do it but it will flash a message saying door needs to be closed to do it. I got no such message on the Bronco. I don't think that was what was preventing it from working.

For the instructions on MY24 and prior, I saw in other post that people couldn't activate it and others suggested to put their seatbelt, then after that they would be able to toggle that setting on. I don't know if this is accurate for our 25/26 but who knows, don't know what else to try at this point

Not sure about that. I highly doubt that will make a difference, but might as well try it at this point. I'll bring my laptop to work tomorrow again and try it. I think I forgot to disable stop & go in the BCM when I put everything back, so I gotta plug back into it again anyway.

Can confirm. I put auto hold on my 22, and without the seat belt buckled, it will not allow me to toggle auto hold.

Same goes for if I’m driving and I remove my seat belt, auto hold will deactivate and no longer work until it’s buckled back up 🤷‍♂️

Interesting. Ok, I will mess with it some more tomorrow.

So, the ABS is different on the 2.3L and 2.7L Broncos. So this will not be a one size fits all thing once and if we can figure it out. The one I am plugging into is a 2.7L truck.

Trying to get more info, but the 2.7L ABS seems to be based off the F150 and the 2.3L ABS is based on the new Mustang.

Yeap, mine is a 2.7 as well, so we are on the same boat

Why do you say that? The screenshot you posted shows the write button for those blocks. Are you saying when you try to write there you get an error and the change won't take?

Actually I didn’t make any changes there because I thought that was just for the 760-03-02 line, not both of them. Now I am going to have to go digging around and see what I can get figured out.

Interstingly enough, no codes. However, auto hold could still not be turned on in the tochscreen. So I went into the IPMA and enabled (in theory) TJA or traffic jam assist here:

706-01-02

xxxA xxxx xxxx

Wrote the change, and at that point, I got the no precollision assist error and auto hold could still not be enabled. At that point, I set everything back to how it came.
TJA should be 6 for that value. A would turn on IACC and doing so would usually just throw issues because of that

I'll look into that, but I really don't think that needs to be enabled for this to work. I was just eliminating the doubt.

No worries. What changes did you make for AH in the APIM? There are two spots for it to be enabled
