Hey everyone,

We're doing some research on car vacuums and would love to hear from real SUV owners. Whether you use a handheld vacuum, shop vac, or cordless model, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

As a thank-you for your valuable feedback, we'll randomly select one participant to receive a Michelin floor mats / backrest mat.

If you were designing the perfect Wireless Car Vacuum for your truck, what would you improve first? When shopping for a car vacuum, what features matter most to you?

1. Suction power,
is 7,500โ€“24,000 Pa of suction enough?
2. Battery life, is 15โ€“30 minutes of runtime enough?
3. Filtration system, any idea on the difference between: Cyclonic, HEPA, Cartridge, Foam, Mesh, etc.?
4. Charging Time,
would a 3โ€“4 hours charging time be acceptable?
5. Price, would $50-$100 be acceptable?
6. Portability
7. Accessories
8. Brand
9. Other

What's your biggest frustration with your current car vacuum?

Thank you for sharing your experience! Your insights will help us better understand what vehicle owners are looking for in a car vacuum cleaner and support us in developing products that better meet their needs.

You could check out our Michelin products on amazon or our official website ๐Ÿ‘‡

People vacuum these things? Weird.
Haha fair enough! But for those who occasionally want to clear out the aftermath of a weekend trail ride, we gotta make sure they have the right tool

I don't vacuum my vehicles frequently enough to ever have considered buying a car vac. I just use the cordless house vac, or the corded shop vac.

A low price would be important to justify buying a vacuum specifically for vehicles, but even then it would need to have some very unique features for that use that other vacs donโ€™t satisfy. I dunno what those would be, but maybe a long hose to manipulate around the interior, especially in foot wells. Youโ€™d probably get better feedback asking professional car detailers what features a good car vac should have.

Charging time would be irrelevant given the infrequent use.

Are you asking about brand so you can decide which color you make it? Or for battery compatibility? That seems like a weird poll choice for a brand that will probably be XixianBestCar or something.

Battery compatibility is a huge part of it, but we're also studying the suction power and longevity of those legacy brands. And don't worry, we're putting way more thought into the actual product design than just slapping a random name on it!

currently use a corded rigid 5 peak HP vac......it works well on dirt in the carpet and can also extract water. Where it falls down, like most vacs is pulling dog hair away from carpet. I usually use the tape method as well as a rubber blade to pull hair first then vac. Would love to see a vac that does this in a single step. The suction of the rigid is 12,205 Pa, which seems to be plenty to pull dirt, leaves etc.

As it is corded it is big and bulky and noisy. It has a filter but does not do a great job on exhaust smell or dust coming out so I have to aim the exhaust away.

Would love to see a smaller battery unit that has good accessories for small spaces like between the front seats and the arm rest, down by the seat rails. Hard to access area on many vehicles. And yes - a magic dog hair tool!
