All very good points. But because I have to make a mold for each badge. I won’t be doing Hp. I can’t afford to make a badge for every everyone’s different Hp rating because one has a cold air or a tune from this company or that. At because this guy has a different down pipe, or intercooler. Or if one guy is running 93 octane instead of 89. Too many variables.

Nah, I wouldn't do that either. You get the stock numbers or you're on your own. :D

Yet another sign I am officially old. If there isn’t an “V and an 8” I fail to see the point.

Having a V-8 on there is nothing to brag about unless you’re supercharged. My 2.7 F150 absolutely destroys my son‘s coyote F150, especially when towing.

The F 150 tows 8K-10K pounds …our Broncos aren’t in the same neighborhood. Our turbo four and sixes will be melted down into Chinese lawn ornaments way before the V8s. Perhaps a more appropriate fender badge should read “ turbo”. I appreciate your point of view. Enjoy your Broncos.

If they offered a V8, I would buy a V8 in a bronco. I love V8’s. I crave the sound of a V-8 instead of the fart box noise the Ecoboosts make. I grew up on V8’s. Being ashamed your vehicle is not a V-8 is what I thought was being said. Most people think the coyote is superior performance wise to the eco-boost. They are not. I drive my eco-boosts for hundreds of thousands of trouble for miles as I did my coyote before I sold that truck to my son. My son‘s 225,000 mile coyote F150 still won’t hold a candle to my 200,000 mile 2.7 coyote F150. I tow heavy often. We tow the same trailer with a tractor on it up a hill to our property and his coyote is absolutely screaming at red line losing speed going up a hill leading up to it and my little 2.7 in my F150 will accelerate easily at half throttle up the same hill. People with out experience with these engines often underestimate them. They’re all great engines and our family has all of them and I’ve driven Fords for over 3,000,000 miles and I’ve never had any type of mechanical or electrical issue with any of those vehicles. I appreciate the interesting discussion.

That would mean a Bronco Raptor with a ProCal tune would be a "455". Seems kinda comical for the old timers that relate 455 to big block pontiacs like the Trans Am Super Duty!
Having owned a car with a 455 in it, nobody better dare put '455' on anything that doesn't have one in it.
