2025 Full Digital Cluster successfully installed - swapped into 2022 Wildtrak

The kilometers per hour thing had nothing to do with Forscan. There is an additional setting in the display (using the on screen menu) that turns this feature on. It ignores whatever you set in the center screen vehicle settings, at least for the speedometer.

I did have the IPC error U042B that others have also had, but changing value for 11-01 to the same value as in my original as built fixed that.

Thanks to everybody that came before me for making this easy. Here is what it cost me including shipping:

bezel 140
lens 30

So $430 total and with no core to deal with.

Do you have a part number for the lens?

Unfortunately, this info came a bit too late for me. After driving to a scrapyard, the cluster that was supposedly in new condition had a crack on the lens. I didn't know you could just replace that part, so I turned down the cluster.

I did order one that was later canceled so it isn't real until it ships, but I have definitely seen more than one in the last 2 weeks. Mine had 32 miles on it and the other one that I bought and was later cancelled only had 7 miles on it.

The donor car for the replacement module does not have to be from the same trim as my own Bronco, right?

Should not need to be since you are overwriting the IPC Module when you install it.

The donor car trim (except Raptor) does not matter. Mine was an OBX without SAS and it installed fine on my Wildtrak.

Today I changed the center screen theme as described here:

2025 Style Theme Graphics

I think that it matches the new IPC better, which would make sense since it is for the 2025 Bronco.

I had to reboot the center display for it to take effect. (hold audio power + fast forward until it restarts)

Glad I came back to this thread. I work for an independent shop and have an account with LKQ. I talked to my rep earlier about finding me a Bronco dash I can get the cluster and the 12" media screen from. Sounds like the cluster is pretty direct with forscan. Any info on the radio/apim?

I believe that there are multiple threads on swapping 8" to 12" screens. Mine came with a 12" center screen, so I haven't really followed those.

The more I see it, the happier I am with doing the theme change to the center screen. The darker blue is a much better match with the 2025 IPC

I've been following this thread since it started and this picture just made me notice something. I am in the process of trying to do this same upgrade to my girl's Bronco Sport and this cluster seems to be identical to the one I got on eBay off of a 2025 Bronco Sport for her car. Can you or anyone confirm that this is what it looks like? If so, you can get these things for dirt cheap. The part number is S1PT-10849-BG which is very close to the one @Ducati1098 listed in the OP. I wonder if this could be an alternative option to getting a brand new one through a dealer which seems to be difficult to do?

The tabs on the Bronco sport IPC look different to me. Honestly, if you can find a Bronco IPC, they are very similar in price to the Bronco Sport IPC, just not as easy to find. The difference could be as simple as swapping out the lens piece.

While both modules could be physically and electrically the same, I would be surprised if both models contained the same firmware. If it is the same firmware and they just look at the configuration that we send down via Forscan, then it might work.

I have wondered if the 2025 Bronco and the Bronco Raptor IPCs are running the same firmware. It would be interesting to send down a Raptor as built configuration to the Bronco IPC and see what happens. I would also love to see the IPC from one of the Raptor modules that vendors are selling for installation in regular Broncos.
