Hi Bronco Community,

We are back with some exciting news! Following the incredible response to our original TrailDeck, our engineering team has been pushing hard to expand the family. Today, we’re pulling back the curtain on our upcoming roadmap for May and June, featuring solutions for 2-door owners, budget-conscious builders, and those seeking the ultimate storage vault.

1. A Product Evolution Based on Your Voice
We believe the best gear is built through collaboration. After the initial launch, we heard your feedback about the exposed trunk floor. Our design team stayed up late to upgrade the TrailDeck system by adding a TPE Floor Mat as a standard part.

Standard Included: This is no longer just an accessory—it’s now built into the TrailDeck package to ensure a clean, finished look.

The Design: A full-coverage mat that fits perfectly under the the TrailDeck to conceal the trunk floor, hide your gear, and keep things dust-free.

Easy Access: Need to reach your jack or recovery gear? Simply lift the mat from the inside—it’s designed for total convenience.

Our Gift to You: If you’ve already purchased a TrailDeck and shared your setup on social media or in this community, we want to reward your support. Simply email [email protected] with your post link or screenshot and order number, and we will send you this new mat (launching in April) for FREE!

[Help us choose the best mounting solution!]
As we finalize the production of our Hidden TPE Mat, we have two design directions for the mounting method. We’d love to hear which one you prefer:

Option A: Bolt-On Mounting
  • Pros: Rock-solid stability; the mat will never shift even under heavy use.
  • Cons: Less convenient to remove; requires unscrewing 8 bolts for deep cleaning.
1772634919906-5d.webp

Option B: Velcro (Hook & Loop) Mounting
  • Pros: Super easy to install and remove; pop it off for a quick wash anytime.
  • Cons: Over time, Velcro may lose some grip compared to physical bolts.

Which one would you choose for your rig? Let us know in the comments!

2. Coming Soon: The Expanded TrailDeck Line-up

A. TrailDeck TD (For 2-Door Bronco)
Finally, a dedicated solution engineered specifically for the 2-door cargo challenges.

Slide Out, Step Up: A super sturdy pull-out shelf that handles heavy loads, so you never have to crawl into the trunk to find gear.

From Tailgate to Bedgate: The top panel generally flushes with the rear seats, creating a near-flat surface for a highly comfortable sleeping setup on road trips.

Integrated Storage & Security: The bottom area integrates side MOLLE panels for tying down tools with a larger central storage zone. When the deck and tailgate are closed, it provides a secure, hidden space for your valuables.

No Interference with Jack Use: Even when fully extended, it won’t hinder access to or storage of your factory jack. It preserves the original functionality of the trunk floor space.

TPE Mat Included: Comes with a full-coverage TPE mat that protects the original factory floor while keeping your underlying recovery gear stealthy and dust-free.

DIY Space: The platform is designed with an open area underneath, allowing you to customize your own storage solutions.

TPE Mat Upgrade: We’ve included the full-coverage TPE Mat as a standard feature to keep the cargo area clean and organized.

C. TrailDeck L (Ultimate Cargo Management)
Our heavy-duty, premium solution for owners who demand maximum security and space.

Rock Solid Engineering: Built with steel tubes and high-quality bearings for a smoother, longer-lasting slide under extreme use.

Lockable Security: A fully lockable, anti-theft drawer with customizable dividers to organize your gear exactly how you want it.

Extreme Capacity: Supports up to 265 lbs on the top deck and 110 lbs inside the drawer.

TPE Protection: Comes with a detachable TPE non-slip mat on the top surface that provides excellent grip while protecting both the platform and your gear from scratches; when it gets dirty, simply pop it off for a quick wash—making cleaning a breeze.

3. Pricing Update & Exclusive Community Offer (Official Website Only)
We want to be transparent about our recent price adjustment: rising material and logistics costs made our original introductory pricing unsustainable.

However, we know camping season is just around the corner! To celebrate Broaddict Brand Month (April) and help you get trail-ready, we’ve secured an exclusive offer:
  • The Offer: $100 OFF Coupon
  • Discount Code: TRAILDECK
  • Validity: Until April 30th
  • Available Exclusively HERE

We’re just getting started.
At Broaddict, we aren't just making parts; we're building an ecosystem for adventure. Which of these new versions fits your build best? Do you have any suggestions for our April TPE mat launch? Drop a comment below—we will be reading every single one.

Thanks for the detailed write up. I already purchased/installed my Trail Deck...extremely well built, love it! At the time of install this TPE mat was not available so I decided to DIY a removeable mat myself. I simply cut out my 3W cargo liner to accept the Trail Deck mounting rails. It's not as pretty as your proposed TPE mat however it covers the entire floor and is completely removeable with the deck mounted in place. Is full coverage and removability of your TPE mat possible?

I vote for Velcro as well, it should be easy to remove so you can get to the jack and existing storage easily.

I'm going to vote bolt in. dirt and debris will stick in the velcro, and eventually the sticky backing will start to come off with some use. plus... if you've put in killmat or something similar how well will the velcro stick to that

The rendering perfectly balances full coverage with total removability:
No Deck Removal Needed: Featuring precise curve cuts, the mat fits perfectly around the rails. You can remove it for cleaning anytime without touching the Trail Deck.
Easy Access to Storage: Even with full coverage, you retain full access to the lower storage area for your jack and other tools.
Velcro for Silence: We include Velcro strips not just to prevent sliding, but specifically to eliminate rattles and vibrations while driving.

A different question…are the Broaddict Molle sidewall panels able to fit with the Broaddict Traildeck? I have a full set installed in my 4-door Bronco.

I think I vote for the velco mat option, but I could probably be talked into the bolt down method. I have put some sound deadening down, so I worry the velcro might not like it.

If the mat is bolted down, would you need to remove the bolts in order to access the storage area? If so, then I vote for Velcro. If not, then I definitely vote for bolts.

I really like the idea of the TrailDeck SE. I may return my original TrailDeck and wait for that model. I have test fit it but have not done a full install yet. I like the slide out aspect, but the drawer itself I could do without. Between the drawer and the weight of the TD itself i've been undecided on actually using it. The SE seems like it should save a pretty good amount of weight. Would prefer to have it low profile as I dont have a need for it to be level with the rear seats, but I'm probably in the minority.

The SE is basically a gutted version of the original traildeck. You can remove the drawer and its glides and then decide to do whatever you want with the leftover space. I originally considered doing this and stowing a camping table underneath.

I believe the bottom drawer helps add rigidity to the overall structure. If you grab the traildeck by the handle and lift u and push down on it you can see the main platform flex a good amount. That was ultimately one of the reasons I decided to forgo that idea.

If you already have one I would recommend keeping it and modifying as needed. Returning this sounds like a major PITA.

As for the mat I like the idea of using magnets to hold it down and may try using some magnetic tape.

I'm dissapointed that the 2 door version is for the rear seats left in option. But I understand that is what the majority asked for. Guess I'll have to go with the Packhorse if I decide on the sliding tray route for mine.
