Toyo open country at3 feedback

Hello I’m looking into getting the Toyo open country at3 tires on my stock big bend. I want to go with 285-70-17. Looking for opinions on them, noise, ride quality etc. thanks

They’re incredible tires. Amazing in pretty much any scenario I put them in. Perhaps a bit of slip in rain off the line with heavy foot. But, otherwise I enjoyed them for the 50k I put on them. I’ve since moved onto the RT Pro and am surprised with the road manners considering the more aggressive treat. Time will tell on terrain capabilities and wear.

Agree with the first reply. Mine were great for the 50k+ miles that I put on them. They were much quieter than I expected. I have Mickey Thompson's now, but wouldn't hesitate to go back to the Toyos if I needed to.

I recently put Toyos on my Bronco. So far, so good. They are much quieter than the OEM Good Year tires, and they don't kick up or pick up gravel like the OEM tires did.

Definitely can't hear over the wind noise & much quieter than OEM SAS Goodyears (35x11.50s)

I went with them in a 285/75 on stock Badlands rims. Very happy with them in all regards.

Good call Toyo make excellent tires and those AT3 look the business.

They are a decent tire. However, when it gets colder and wet i find then pretty slippery, pretty close to the ko2s. In the snow they are pretty decent

Better lighting now I think I need a front leveling kit opinions?

Naw, you don't need a leveling kit - at least for clearance. I just put on 285/75-17 Toyo AT IIIs on my Outer Banks, no leveling kit and it looks great. They are a bit noisier than the Grabbers that came from the factory. I wanted to install the Nitto G3's, but the C load was nowhere to be found in the country in my size (going for 34's).

I have the G3's on my rig. Overall great tire but they do have a decent amount of tire whine.
