Are the bushings same as stock, only made from a different material (delrin)? If that's the case, I've reshaped bushings before using a lathe and file/sandpapers. The inner diameter would be difficult though, probably would need to start with a source bushing having matching inner diameter.

No, they're different. Shaped to perfectly fill the gap and thicker. Driver and passenger sides are different too IIRC, it's been a while.

This is for the RC pair.. no clue what the ridiculous BB one looks like but im assuming based on his animosity that its identical

It's the same, with an additional channel with an o ring in it.

If anyone still has some that aren't installed I would be happy to make CAD files available for people to bring to any machine shop and get made.

How are these holding up for people after a few years? I’m about to install Icon tie rods and have had this kit laying around since release.

I've had both the DS and PS bushings (RC) in for about 15k miles...no issues/complaints. Mostly slow speed deep rutted terrain, no rock crawling or the likes. Install was a breeze.

Ok cool. Thanks. I’m Northeast rocks and dirt roads. Figured it can’t hurt and only help - along with the bulky tie rods, 2.5-3” lift, UCAs, 95lb+ tire/wheel combo.

Crazy that other bully forced them to completely stop producing them. For being such “community” based brand - everyone’s stuck spending 8X the money for half of the protection. 🍌

Your build specs are close to mine and I figured the same...better to have 'em and not need them.

Yes, sucks Broncbuster put the kibosh to a reasonable price. I may take up @GreyZ on his offer to make some CAD files...I'm pretty sure I have a spare set of the RC bushings I'm saving for my spare rack.

BB prices are insane....I'll never buy anything from them after reading this thread.

Right on. I’ll probably move into 37x12.5 for my next set. They add another 10 lbs. I have a high clearance kit sitting on the shelf too. I should have just sprung for it. I’m pretty happy with the 35x11.5. I was just on the fence about the approved wheel width being 8.0-10.5” and the steel wheels being 7.5”. But, it seems like others are running 12.5” tires on steel w/o any issues aired down.

Something to consider...When I went to 37s I was able to stay under 100lbs/wheel running 37 x 11.50s Ds (Nitto Recons)...my tire/wheel combo comes in at 97lb. Only issue is not a lot of 37x11.50 D options out there.

Exactly. The same file can be used to print or mill. You could almost buy the cnc router for the 350 that company charges.

I'll happily measure, digitally replicate and return the spacers to anyone who has a set they haven't yet installed. Wouldn't accept a dime for it either.

I do have one myself for the drivers side I managed to locate from a third party, but the machining is not up to snuff to reliably depend upon for measurements.
If anyone still has some that aren't installed I would be happy to make CAD files available for people to bring to any machine shop and get made.
I’ve got an RC set new in box. Let me know. Happy to help out others.
