Glad I opened this thread again to see any updates. Been waiting to order the RC bushings until I was ready to put my coilovers on, would have been pissed if paying some turd $350 for some delrin was the only option left. Just ordered a "discontinued" set of RC bushings shipped to my door for $26. :)
Where did you order them from?

Many people have said you can just purchase the spacers anyway from mcmaster?
Does anyone have part numbers?

Both versions mentioned here don't look exactly standard.

I have nothing against someone making money, but when you go legal to keep your prices high, you lost me forever.
350.00 dollars for a delrin spacer...

His attitude is appalling.

Glad to see there's knock-offs on amazon for the braces too.

Is there still no other option? The only way $350 will be spent on a little bushing, is if it's pried from my cold dead hand.

Sadly, there is not, currently.

$350 is ridiculous for the bushings - I thought $50 or whatever from RC was steep as it was. At $350 - no way, just save up a bit more and spring for the HD Steering Rack outright, and if you can't afford that just get OEM again until you can (I don't know the P/N or cost on OEM, so this may be ridiculous too).

Surprised someone hasn't posted a 3D Printable file by now to be honest.

3D printing isn’t precise enough not strong enough. You need a specific material that’s not printable.

Having purchased the RC ones - they were just CNCed down from a block of Delrin (or whatever it was). You could still see the grooves in it. They had been sanded/polished a bit, but not perfectly.

So yeah, you're right you probably couldn't 3D print it, but you could CNC it.

Exactly. The same file can be used to print or mill. You could almost buy the cnc router for the 350 that company charges.

I'll happily measure, digitally replicate and return the spacers to anyone who has a set they haven't yet installed. Wouldn't accept a dime for it either.

I do have one myself for the drivers side I managed to locate from a third party, but the machining is not up to snuff to reliably depend upon for measurements.
