What would be the point of buying a non sas badlands without the disconnect over like a black diamond?
4A transfer case and front locker ?
I agree it seems weird to make that an option
2026 Big Bend Black Diamond is only available in a 4 door with the 2.3L engine and Mid package. You also can’t match, or mix and match, body color painted tops other than getting the shadow black painted top on a Black Diamond.

So the 2 door, 2.3L MT, Velocity Blue with the Velocity Blue top and Lux package (need it for the front camera) I just sent to Granger for a quote had to be a Badlands build.

I wish the stock 2026 Badlands had the disconnect. It’s definitely a plus for the 2025 MY and a reason I might bypass a 2026 order and buy a ‘25 from a dealer’s lot, likely forgoing the matching color top I want. Granger has a white 2 door 2025 Badlands that I would have bought, but I couldn’t commit to the color, or lack thereof.

T'is the season 🎄🦌

Have you been holding back ordering a 2026 Bronco? Christmas is next week (crazy how fast this year has flown by).

Would you order the 60th Edition? Thoughts?

Happy Holidays!

Last year I attempted to purchase an in-stock Bronco from Granger. I emailed the dealership with the specific vehicle information asking to get the purchase started. Nobody replied. I sent another email. No response. I ended up purchasing from a local dealer and sent a third email to Granger explaining my frustration. Nobody responded. I left a one-star review on Google Maps. Nobody responded to that, either. Granger worked hard to lose my business forever.

I would have called them. 5155315328 . Im sure they would have answered. Sometimes emails go to dead addresses or a busted link. Cant base an entire experience off unanswered emails.

Excellent choice on color and powertrain:)

I added the disconnect but skipped Sasquatch. Would have preferred the disco be included, but as a standalone option, I wasn't leaving it off...

I am truly sorry that you did not have a good experience. We want all of our potential along with customers to have a great experience. I know we do run into phone issues along with emails that show up in sales junk mail sometimes. Also we have had change up in the dealership so it might have slipped somehow. No excuse so I do apologize.

Actually, I can. It's their email address, so it's their responsibility. Also, they definitely got my emails because they put me on their email marketing list.

Ok. Cool.

For reference the guy from grainger literally just responded above your response to me. He takes accountability and addresses your gripe.

Im sorry you didnt have a good experience with emailing them. I know if i wanted to contact someone and i didnt get a response from an email i would call them. And if i didnt get a response from there we would do a face to face. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing but expecting a different result.

Got my two-door manual at Granger a couple of years ago! Flew in on my birthday and it was the smoothest transaction ever! Definitely worth a drive or flight to Get It At Granger!
I flew out of Chicago for my new '21 Big Bend Bronco...picked up from the air port...within an hour I was on the road back to Chicagoland...no pressure or added costs...I will be a repeat customer for a new Bronco!

You mean a computer processed your email. It doesn't mean a human noticed it at all, or ignored you specifically. Email is one of the flakiest ways to get ahold of anyone and it's super easy for stuff to fall through the cracks.

I strongly disagree. There are tools to monitor and process email that have been around for decades. People can also process them efficiently. Gaslighting me for their failure to communicate is both illogical and ridiculous. I did my part. They didn't do theirs. End of story.

For reference, his apology, though appreciated, neither fixes the problem or restores faith that it won't happen again.

Based upon your own logic, continuing to attempt to contact a company that refuses to communicate is insane. I, being logical, ceased the attempt to communicate after two failures. You can stop gaslighting me now.

I assume you disagree, since you're sure making a big deal out of three emails that got no reply. After two, you didn't figure out maybe another mode of communicating might make more sense?

To wit, I bought an extended warranty from Granger. Sent an email, got no reply. Just checked, sent another one, didn't get a reply to my question. So I went, hey, they're on the forum. Sent a direct message to one of those accounts, they replied with who to contact and how, and I got a response from them 15 minutes later (over email). Could've just as easily called their main phone line, I'm sure, explained my problem and gotten it sorted.

My own dealer "ghosted" me for six weeks during COVID when I left three voicemails for my salesman, who never returned my phone calls. I finally called, a little hot (I was actually pretty mad, it involved almost losing my order), and explained what was going on and the lady told me he was out for another month and half an hour later I got a phone call from their GM, who sorted me out that day, over email. When the salesman did get back to me, he also shared photos of his wife who had given birth to his eighth child and then had a medical issue, which is why he was out. Shit happens.

This is what rational people do. You can decide not to do business with someone who hasn't replied to an email (or three in a row), but it doesn't somehow make it right that they've wronged you when you had other ways to resolve your frustration than a series of bad reviews online.

And spam tools are as likely to gray list emails from unknown accounts more better than whatever tools you're referring to (something I deal with at my job all the time, "undelivered" email). You're not using gaslighting correctly, either.

So relax. You've lost neither fingers nor firstborn. Just a chance to work with Granger when they actually reply, when the IT systems and fallible humans don't get in the way.
