Does that tune utilize all the installed parts? I got a Volant CAI (Dry), Mishimoto Charge pipes, CP-E Intercooler, Turbosmart Kompact Blow Off Valve and CVFab downpipeare we worried about clutch slip yet? I haven’t noticed any with my Panda Tuner yet.
all of those would make a difference but because it works similar to a JB4 tuner, so no real hard fueling adjustments. that is where cobb is going to come ahead. real fueling tables and spark advance.Does that tune utilize all the installed parts? The FP tune is an actual tune like Cobb whereas the JB4 is a piggybackall of those would make a difference but because it works similar to a JB4 tuner, so no real hard fueling adjustments. that is where cobb is going to come ahead. real fueling tables and spark advance.
Yes, but it's not a customizable tune that would help with any other modifications done. The FP tune is an actual tune like Cobb whereas the JB4 is a piggyback
which goes back to the Panda/Cobb tune being what we need, also why I inquired about clutchesYes, but it's not a customizable tune that would help with any other modifications done.
panda tune is just another JB4 device, sorry. until we have accessports in hand the only actual “TUNE” for the 2.3 is the FP tune. All other devices are just piggybacks.which goes back to the Panda/Cobb tune being what we need, also why I inquired about clutches
well factory cars have been dynodI love this reply so much![]()
agreed you can’t do custom tuning with the FP Procal unit like you will be able to do with Cobb accessportYes, but it's not a customizable tune that would help with any other modifications done.
How would a tune fix a faulty LPFP? It would still need to be replaced. With this, we can solve the LPFP Ford can't fix
We can ad an aftermarket one and account for it with custom tuning (I believe)How would a tune fix a faulty LPFP? It would still need to be replaced.
You won’t need one. The stock LP ford pumps flow a ridiculous amount of fuel. So you’re better off just getting a free one when parts are availableWe can ad an aftermarket one and account for it with custom tuning (I believe)
Wasn't sure, but damn, good to know we're fine thereYou won’t need one. The stock LP ford pumps flow a ridiculous amount of fuel. So you’re better off just getting a free one when parts are available
