In southern Illinois, right now, 87 is 2.99 and premium is still 4.19

Ouch. Now I don't feel so bad about $3.25 for 91 ethanol-free...plus the extra $$$ for the brisket sandwich i get while I'm there (Buc-ee's).

Not without a check engine light cobb got massacred by the epa and you can no longer do that on their devices, that’s why I never updated the cobb on my focus rs

Could that change in light of the EO that was signed last week? Im sure a few States might object, but it would be nice if we could see fewer strangleholds in the aftermarket...

I was guessing clutch w/ labor. I paid 2k for the clutch swap on my mk7.5 GTI.

I was guessing clutch w/ labor. I paid 2k for the clutch swap on my mk7.5 GTI.

Labor alone will be close to or over ~$2,000 depending on shop rate

Well, 385 is what the Ford performance tune peaks at, and based on that graph you posted that very well could be a 2.3 curve..

Anyone with enough sense and mechanical knowledge to know that there is no noticeable difference running anything higher than 87 octane fuel in a factory vehicle.
