How did you run the solar panel wires? I have a few wires going to the roof rack that I tucked under the trim but nothing very thick. Did you drill through the roof?This is a very cool build, a great use of some compact space.
My own setup gives ~950Wh of usable energy using an EcoFlow Delta 2 on a shelf above the fridge. The Delta 2 is about the same size as the pictured Dometic jug.
I have 2 x 110W renogy solar panels on the Trailrax on the roof, and the Ecoflow DC to DC charger coming from the alternator mounted on a side molle panel. I also have another 298Wh of battery built-in to the Ecoflow Glacier. The Delta 2 provides me 12V, 110V up to 1800 watts, and USB outputs pretty conveniently.
So far my experience is that this is a very nice sweet spot of usable power. The solar panels on my last trip fully negated the draw of my fridge and starlink dish and I was able to use the Delta 2 to recharge everything else I needed and really only needed to start my engine for the DC to DC to kick in because we ended up using the inverter to power a televsion to watch football all day while camping at 11,000 feet.

Very nice build. Curious why you used the monster 3/0 AWG for the ground off the monitor? I assumed this only needed to match the power wire at 4 AWG...
On a rough country overhead molle panel with a set of mounts from American Adventure Labs. If you're gonna do something like that, get oversized rubber cushioning washers to keep the rattles out.
I can grab a pic tomorrow. But I had to ream out a pair of holes for the AAL mounts just a bit to make them work.

yeah there are a bunch of small fuses at the fuse block. They protect each wired accessory. The purpose of the 125 a fuse is to protect the wiring before the block, as well as the block itself.
I routed it into the fuse block in the engine compartment. Connected to the 360 camera with a fuse tap
Any issues with wiring 5 in parallel? The manual for these batteries states the max to wire in parallel is 4. Only reason I can think of for them to limit it to 4 probably has to do with the BMS on these batteries. I was thinking of switching my current system over from the Dakota Lithium batteries to the Amped batteries so I can wire more batteries in but they have the same 4 in parallel limit as the Dakota batteries. They also recommend fusing each battery individually so that if a battery fails the other batteries do not experience an overcurrent situation.
(4) Dakota Lithium 18Ah batteries. They are discontinued. The Amped Outdoors 20Ah batteries are the direct replacement that American Adventures labs went to. They have the same dimensions as the Dakota batteries they replaced so they fit in the AAL cargo tray. In the future I will move to the Amped Outdoors batteries but was skeptical on wiring more than 4 in parallel.
