Metal on metal rattle when starting - Help please!

See video. Always happens on start but then goes away after anywhere from 5 seconds to a couple minutes. Intermittent when actually driving.

I thought maybe a loose heat shield or something but don't see anything loose. Doesn't quite sound like the cam phaser videos I've seen but I'm no mechanic. Can't quite tell where its coming from.

Any help is appreciated. TIA

Except there's a fairly loud grinding when starting I haven't been able to get good video of yet. Almost like the fan blades, hitting something but sounds metal on metal and the fans are plastic so not there.

This would shock me but possibly a cracked flex plate?

I would be checking the torque converter studs.
See that a lot lately on some Ford’s where the studs are contacting the engine/transmission separator plate. I also saw a Braptor recently with a torque converter nut loose hitting the same plate.

Either way, all you’re going to get are guesses here. Bring it to your dealership and let them fix it.

Yeah I have an appointment to take it in Wednesday. Was hoping if anyone knew what it was that I could possibly avoid it. Oh well

Mine has rattles since new also though it was a heat shield turns out the be wastegate butterfly's not enough tension on the actuator so they are loose whole turbo need replacing or can just get a couple of $3 springs put one on actuator rod anchor to near point and solves it,
