Despite being just plain rude, it’s laughable that an adult would take the time to post derogatory comments online where the OP is simply sharing their joy.

Stroppe boldly.
I agree with you 100%, as you've only been here for a little over a month you will unfortunately find that it's commonplace on this forum to post derogatory thoughts and generally just troll people.

I’ve been part of various scenes (and associated forums) for the last couple of decades. This forum is no different to any others. I’ve been browsing this forum since conception. But only joined once my purchase was confirmed. Took me years to pull the trigger as I couldn’t justify the insane prices.

The vast majority of people are positive and these forums are amazing resources.

The specific post to which I was referring originally has subsequently been deleted. I guess they sobered up.

Most people visit forums for one of two things: help or entertainment. Either reply type can misfire.

Don't you dare get rid of that glorious AMB. If you are entertaining an upgrade, I know a nurse that gives 110% and she's looking to get back into a Bronco.
Yeah, after looking at current prices .... no effing way.
There is a STEEPLY discounted new 24 Badlands nearby though ... lol. LOADED !!!

But im back to , would rather pay off the Bronco and start truck shopping.

Does anyone other than Boomers buy Stroppes?
Considering that the VAST majority of 6G buyers weren't even born when Stroppe WON the Baja 1000 it's not hard to see why. As the younger crowd has no real understanding of Bronco history.

Except be a Stroppe.
True, though since Bill Stroppe didn't build it the 6G version is really just a cosmetically similar clone of an actual Stroppe

And the “actual Stroppe” was/is a “similar clone” to a Stroppe racer. It’s a production vehicle.

Curious as to your point and why you’re in this thread. Are you here to set the OP and the rest of us all straight about what to buy? 🤣
