First I want to give a big thank you to the forum members and John and Sydney from @SPVPARTS. Without everyones help this project would not have come to fruition.

The goal was 2 Diode Dynamics C1R mounted to spare tire and a third in the hitch.
The lights on the spare do running lights, reverse lights and bright red brake. All functions are integrated with the SPV taillight adapter. In addition I can manually turn on the white with an upfitter switch.

Moving on to the hitch mounted light. Its running light and reverse are tied into the tail light as well with a custom 3 way splitter I made. I added the OEM pin to slot 3 on the bumper harness which is OEM rear fog light. The bright red of the hitch light activates only with rear OEM rear fog switch.

Bonus in order to hide all the wiring I dropped the OEM exhaust. Funny thing happened to when I out it back in. It morphed into a Fast Intentions Axle back. So Glad that fat pig is out from under the rear bumper.

Nice clean install. Let us know if there is a drone inside at cruising speed.

It has a deeper tone when starting out but after that I think its fine. I have advanced high frequency hearing loss but no drone or weird noises. I like the sound so far

Word of caution. This may not work on 2025 Bronco's. Check with Diode Dynamics. Ford changed how it utilizes the braking light system.

I’ve heard that but I believe that was utilizing DD trailing wiring plug n play kit. Mine is a 24 and is triggered from the tail light adapter
