Scenario:
Currently have a 2024 Wildtrak (Sasq.) HOSS 3.0 has RCI steel bash plates to include fuel tank. Installed Eibach HOSS 3.0 Pro-Lift-Kit Springs over existing Fox 2.5 shocks , loving the ride (btw), and did gain around 2 " in the front but due to current load of plates, TOR half-rack, TOR exterior MOLLE panels, and recovery gear I am not level requiring about 1.25 - 1.5 (for minimal rake/level). Trying to find a solution and spacers were recommended but can't find any that work with this situation (i.e. HOSS 3.0, SAS lift, eibach springs on fox 2.5 shocks).

Just had it put on yesterday, so besides hopping a few curbs in city driving to sorta feel 'em out, I don't have much data so far - but it rides smooth, doesn't feel stiff and feels like it has plenty of spring travel.

I haven't really put em to the test yet off-road - so that'll happen in a few months.

Before I had the "standard" eibach springs and before this install I loaded up the back of the rig with a new bumper from Expedition One (130lbs) + 4 gal rotopax (~30lbs), two new exterior molle panels (~30lbs), 2 gal water rotopax (~20lbs), plus a fully packed roam case (~40lbs) - so let's call it ~250lbs all in.

I had them go adjust to slightly above level, so when I put another ~200lbs of camping stuff and luggage back there I'll be level.

Here's the stance with 250lbs + a full tank of gas - and you can see I still have a lot of adjustment room on the strut itself.

Those will not work on his setup, those are specifically for the eibach coilovers. OP has eibach coil springs on his factory fox shocks.

@wolfscape

Pretty much any top hat spacer will work on these. Doesn’t matter if its front or rear they are all the same. Even if they state they won’t work on your model year they all should still work. Just determine how much lift you need and order accordingly.

There was a thread on this recently. I believe @87-Z28 posted the ratio for the rear. IIRC Spacer height x 1.6 = lift amount.

My bad - he said Eibach Pro-Lift springs and I read Eibach Pro Truck springs...

Thanks for the input and your right in part though I love the stance of the other poster. I was told by FOUST, and eibach that adding a top hat spacer would cause issues with geometry and other parts needed replacement due to stress like tie rods and UACs. I was told by ebiach today that I should have ordered the HD springs as the load for the kit is only for stock but with all the other weight which is similar to the other poster approx 250 in skid plates and then MOLLE panels and half-roof rack putting me at around 350. The HD has a rated load for 500 lbs and this would make the ride cushy but keep the height advertised. I wish I could just add spacers that the shop is researching for but may have to gow with the others recommendation and get the HD. Its odd that the oage for eibach HOSS 3 lift kit pro has no weight info and the HD's look like they are just for people that want to do either the front or back instead of the whole thing. So frigging user friendly page was a little misleading. I spent 1700 to get thes bad boys installed based of crap info lol. Both 4wheel parts and I fell into that trap. They have been so helpful but I'm a little pissed at how eibach has handled it saying you bought it through them so go through them even though they sent 4wheel an open box with mismatched springs to start and had to get temp coilovers over the weekend that killed my back. lol Any other sugs are welcome!!!

Same thing happened to me. I listened to some stupid online advice from a guy that said I needed HD dobinson springs installed after I put on my front bumper.

Like an idiot, I listened and wound up making a $2000 mistake. Completely ruined my ride and after 3 months swapped it out to the eibachs I have now.

My ride is similar to yours! LOL ... These are the springs im working with since I have the 24 WIldtrak HOSS 3 with Fox 2.5. I love the ride but lost some height in the rear. Trying to get back to level so that I may go 37s down the road. The extra weight make these cushiony as heck and I love it with my back. This shows how misleading this was. The four pack doesn't give a load but the fronts and the rears packages do and they just added HD to title. We thought that they were just splitting the 4 up into front and back but now I may have to go with HD rears because adding a spacer apparently even to the back would be a bad move.

i too want the eibach pro lift for the his 3.0 with the standard fronts and the hd rears, but they only sell the hds individually for front and rear, and require to by the standard for all four, I called and asked if it was possible to buy the standard fronts and the hd rears and was told no they won’t do that, that is so dumb

i’m going to mildy rant here, hoss 3.0 (fox 2.5 ibp) has been around as long as the braptor practically (both are ibp shocks) the braptor is only useful in a smaller portion to the standard bronco (aka the SW) Geiser, Hyperco , and eibach all have options for the braptor. the hoss 3.0 fox 2.5 ibps are a very amazing option for most users that actually off road, assuming they keep their vehicle perfectly stock. the fact that i have to pay an extra $250 for eibach springs to replace one’s i’ll never use is rediculous. i would never option the fox shocks on a 25+ badlands like offered, because they will end up compressed from the extra weight. it’s frustrating that the lack of options for the hoss 3.0, where users are generally trying to restore height and performance after some other legit off road or overlanding mods, isn’t available. it would be great between anyone (companies above, fox, or ford, anyone else) would give some spring and maybe tuning (main piston rebound/compression) options for the hoss 3.0 shocks would become available. I guess my best option is Bilstein 8112s tuned by WEW, or accutune + other options to regain some position sensitivity (like FMI or Vasher bump stops), all of which are expensive options for what is already available in the base fox 2.5 ibp shocks. end rant

New guy here, but dwelling awhile on these forums. I have a Wildtrak with the Hoss 3.0 suspension. I've been adding stuff in the rear like storage and gear. The rear is starting to squat and I'm wanting to level it back out. Are you suggesting the best thing would be to get the Eibach HD springs for the rear? I'm about to add a wench to the front. So I'm gonna see how that plays out before I do anything. I don't really want to add a puck on top of the shocks. Would prefer a spring or perch option.

Pucks are not good. Your best bet is the Eibach Lift and Level kit but don't by the kit because they come in a set of four. Those are not the HD and are only for stock vehicles with no extra load. That came straight from the mouth of Eibach. They said use the HD which though you have to buy in sets of 2 they are the HD version that has a capacity load of 500lbs tested.

Not sure I like them in general, but I don't think you'd have any significant impact using spacers in the rear only to level it out. @87-Z28 would probably know. I think he's supported the approach before.

I am NO EXPERT, but I went with Pro Trucks on my 2 door WT in place of the Bilsteins. Started with HD front, STD rear since the bulk of my added weight was significantly biased towards the front. It did not feel right at all. Swapped to HD in the rears and it's much, much better. I suspect mixing and matching spring rates front and rear (particularly dual rate springs) can have some unintended consequences in the overall vehicle response. Getting the right balance is important and likely more complicated that it seems. Spacers in your case might actually be better than going down a potential spring rate rabbit hole. But then again, I'm just a schmuck and what do I know! :)
