Put on my Mabett front mud flaps today. They do in fact help somewhat with the rock flinging noise when I come off gravel.

I’m still researching other things I can do to reduce the noise like some sort of rocker panel cover. I like my Sasquatch tires, so I’m not planning to replace them.

Drove my bronco from Coeur D alene Idaho to lake Pend Oreille 6 hr. drive all on forest service gravel and dirt roads. Fun trip, missing road signs, eating dust from logging trucks, driving around downed trees covering half the road, but still fun. Could have done without the dust and the trees which the forest service wont clear unless the road is completely blocked but all in all a really good drive.

Not really something done with the Bronco exactly. But it is related. Daughter went off to college today. And we love the Bronco. Her especially! So what’s a dad do? Installs a Bronco cam in garage so she can see it when she wants between home or college visits.

Sounds like a killer drive. We were thinking of heading over that way in a couple weeks. Did you make up your own route or is a public route in one of the off-road apps?

No set route to the lake but you have to watch your roads carefully, follow a road number, it comes to an inner section and number changes to a different one and you end up going in circles, I've done that more than once.

^ I also drive mine on construction sites. I work for a Retail Developer so mine's a true "mall crawler" :D
Ha I love that. I'm in Residential Construction. When I had one of my old Jeeps I got in some deep mud in front of our construction trailer and had to get in 4Low and use every bit of that 4 banger engine to get out. One of my Land Managers doesn't let me forget that I almost got stuck😂 As I like to tell him, keyword almost lol

My household Harbor Freight air compressor died on me after 4 years. I had to use my Bronco's on-board air compressor to top off the Wife's Jaguar tires after this cold rainy front came through. I guess I'll be on the hunt for a good quality air compressor for the garage.

Anybody have experience with California Air Tools? I'm looking for something quieter than a Cummins powered garbage truck this time around.
