Taking delivery today, totally worth the wait. It only took me 5 min to get used to the clutch! Huge shoutout to Sam Galloway Ford in Fort Myers. Not only did they do a phenomenal job making the process smooth, but they also honored all available incentives and were transparent with every fee. They even matched the trade-in value offered by CarMax. Overall, I highly recommend anyone in SWFL to do business with them, especially with my sales guy, Matthew Kaynes ([email protected]).

Highly recommend the Steeda clutch spring. PITA to install, but gives just enough pedal feel that you know the clutch is engaging before the vehicle starts moving.

I got a vague email from Ford today, the start to my scheduled build week, that my Bronco is still being built, but that there are “unexpected delays” and they’re working through these “challenges.” Of course, no actual detail of what the delay relates to or how long it will last. Here are my details:

Badlands non-SAS
4 door
7MT
eruption green metallic
Dual tops with body color hardtop
MGV
Raptor style running boards

Ordered 5/22
Original build week 7/21 (bumped to 7/28 in June)
“In production” as of 7/22
Delay email 7/28
No window sticker yet

Hope it’s a short delay…

It wouldn't hurt to see if the dealer can reach out to their Ford rep to find out, if it's a part constraint then they should be aware of it as it could affect multiple/future customers.

No Window sticker... would think it's not in production.

Bronco plant is going to Job Schedule 2 [I don't know date but sounds like Aug some time]
there has been a couple of weeks where the B plan was not doing scheduling, my guess their balancing out Job 1, and gearing up for Job 2

My build was ordered 5/12, scheduled for 7/14 build week. Was pushed to 7/21 build week with a blend date of 7/24. Order tracker showed "In Production" on 7/18. Window sticker finally appeared on 7/19. As of today, still shows in production. Module tracker shows no modules activated yet.

Hang in there guys!!

Mine never showed shipped, it was in production from 06/02/25 and showed delivered on 07/10/25 and i picked it up the next day.

Don't trust the tracker.

The manual is totally worth it. Quick update:

I just got home from a 1700+ mile road trip and this thing drove great the whole way. Got 20.4 mpg overall with lots of sitting still with A/C going in parking lots. I was loaded with gear and running heavy the whole way.

The emergency brake automatically disengages when you take off! Huge feature!! That alleviates my concern about needing a handbrake. Very cool feature.

One other manual transmission tid bit for this ride is that when you shift gears it doesn't cancel your cruise control. Other manual cars I've owned you have to reset it after gear changing. Ford keeps it moving!

6th gear is worthless for most driving scenarios (Sasquatch package) unless you are downhill or very flat and at a certain speed.

I used the fuel monitoring gauge screen while driving for the past week to learn how this thing likes to be driven. You have to run it hard, it likes boost and revving, super peppy transmission/engine combo.

Be prepared to commonly use 4th on the freeway.

I'd agree with 6th being pretty much a waste. I'm interested to see if its any more useful on the Base with the tiny tires, but even on my wifes 24BB with the 32s it doesn't get much use.

I read on here awhile ago that keeping the motor out of boost when its lugging/under 2k rpm (even if it means late shifting) gets you better mileage - its worked for me so far on her 24 - i typically am in 4th on 55mph roads, 5th on the interstate unless we're in Kansas/Iowa or out where the limit is 75+. So far we're getting close to 25 on the highway, 24 on the interstate. The boost is sublime and addictive though, gives you almost linear power compared to the old laggy turbos.

IMO the manual is worth the wait. I’ve got 14K on mine and about 5K are tow miles, off-road and high speed freeways between Portland and Las Vegas. I’ve got the B&M shifter also and highly recommend.
