Is this the only part number you are seeing for the console? This is the only part that doesn't show up when I use a 2025 VIN on the Ford parts website so just want to make sure there is only one version of it for 2025.

Even the actual Ford parts catalog isn’t updated yet, so no surprise it’s not showing it anywhere else. I had to look it up using HVBoM and a 25 VIN.
I don’t remember what model I looked up, but even using the Raptor VIN you posted earlier, it’s the same. I’d be surprised if there’s more than one variant for a 4 door auto

No, It just means an average parts guy won’t be able to find them without digging around. But they should still be able to order them normally.
As of right now, I show 1 console in stock at a parts depot and 5 rear console covers (with inverter)
The 2 duct pieces are on backorder currently with no ETA.

So there must be an internal cap on that section somewhere, which makes this a much larger job than anticipated.

I tried all settings, including floor, and no dice. But from looking at images of the whole hvac system, I think that center section would connect into the front ducts or in the middle where that honeycomb is in post 115.
Is that honeycomb section in post 115 from a ‘24 or ‘25?
Dumb question (I’m not HVAC savvy) but what enables air to flow to the rear when the floor is enabled? Is there a flap that opens? In other words, even if you cut and dremeled enough to pass air through to the center, how do you make sure it only pushes air to the rear when floor is enabled and not leaking air all the time that would otherwise be used for the front vents? The flap would have to be further upstream if that’s how it’s designed.
In the end, I believe we already priced out a new housing. Any idea the effort to replace the existing one? Just seems like a lot of ducting and sealing needs to be removed and reinstalled. What could go wrong?

Without having one of these hvac units in front of me outside of the car, it's hard to make assumptions. Here are some images to help describe things.
It appears to me that the rear center vent channel would connect in where the front vents connect. Since I drilled a hole at the bottom and no air came out, I assume that the area is sealed off further up the duct, where I can't get to with a drill/dremel. This is why I think it would be near impossible to make this happen without taking the whole dash apart to access this area. Hoping someone else can prove me wrong though lol
There is a blend door that appears to switch airflow from the front vents to the rear underseat vents. Again, to me, it appears like the new rear upper AC vents connect into the front vent area of the blend chamber.
To replace the whole HVAC housing, you'd need to remove the dash from what I can tell. A massive job. Since there are coolant & refrigerant lines running to it, it makes it even more challening, unless you can somehow just replace the blending chamber area after the evaporator cores. Either way, I think it makes the job not worth it IMO.

Really though that stinks. I even waited from the 23s to the 24s anticipating MAYBE they'd add rear vents, just buy a 24 and they add them the next year

I was holding out for a 2025 to get rear ac vents, but then the deals on the raptors started happening and I couldn't pass it up in my favorite color.

That's pretty wild. Just a random open hole in the dash blowing air.
My rear underseat vents only blow when you change modes, so I'm sure there's an issue there. When I say "changing modes" I mean during the transition, not before or after.

As you can see from screen shot the new 2025 parts are all marked as "Usage: 01/20/2025".
