Looks like the manual 7 speed is super rare for 2025. Mine kept getting delayed a few times before it was built in May 2025. I ordered mine the first day you could order a 2025 and my dealer put the highest priority he could on his end. I don't think they made many in that batch. I see others now have delays until the end of summer possibly. I did a search for a manual and only found 2 of them on lots within 500 miles of the Chicago area. Maybe there are some out there, but I don't think there are. I got mine and really like it. Put the Steeda spring in the pedal and Twisted Shifter white composite ball to replace the plastic red bull can knob. Smooth and quiet so far with 1100 miles on a base 2 door. It has gotten smoother shifting as the miles rack up. Kind of wished I had stepped up the Sasquatch option, but for $9k it seemed a bit steep at the time. The auto 4x4 would have been nice for winter around here.

My Bronco arrived 6/22.

I originally had one on order, but wanted employee pricing. To accomplish this the dealer put in a new order for the exact same Bronco, but the forgot to cancel the the original order. The attached window sticker is the original order and arrived a few days after mine even though mine was ordered later.

If anyone's interested ask for Tina at Bob Maxey Ford in Howell, MI.

Not sure where to look for that, but I don't know why it wouldn't be. Below is a photo of it.

Since this was a silent update, ford dropped the manual for the mustang when it switched to this engine, and its an expensive process to certify a new engine transmission configuration I was concerned that ford might have been using the old engine. Thanks for the confirmation, that’s the exact configuration of Bronco I was considering buying, just don’t have a place to park it and don’t want to give up any of my existing vehicles.

My fear was that they’d feel too sluggish. There are several MT 2dr Sas around but with 4 doors, they seem to be almost non-existent, making test driving one impossible. Thank you for your reply.
I’m still waiting on my manual bronco but my 2.7 two door SAS practically lifts the front tires off the ground if you can get traction so it’s quick. We do have two Explorers. Our 2021 XLT has the 2.3 L in it and our 2025 Platinum has the 3.0 high performance and I really think the 2.3 L is more responsive, especially under light throttle. I’m hoping my Bronco experience with the 2.3 with the 4.70’s will be similar, but I’m buying it for the manual transmission.

Had the creaking clutch pedal, probably because I changed to the Steeda clutch spring and did not transfer all the grease I could onto it. Found some PB blaster silicone in the garage and took a shot. Worst case I would have to pull the greasy spring out and repack it. Depressing the clutch and hitting the pins along with the spring and center plastic insert as best as I could, it is now silent after a few cycles. I think the noise was from the pins rubbing on the ends of the spring holder on the pins themselves. The factory puts grease everywhere and 90% of it is useless not doing a thing. The PB Blaster silicone got it where it needed to go easily. See how it holds up with time. Ford uses 2 springs, and a couple plastic pieces to do the job. The factory one had way too much assist. Steeda has it dialed in. Shift throws get smoother as the miles rack up. No noise on the 2025 manual yet with 2000 miles.

Are there any ways to turn off the manual nannys? I turned off the hill assist but I want the automatic throttle starting out turned off and rev match turned off. I have driven manuals for decades and I don't need any training wheels. Forscan?

Did your new order sheet have employee discount on it or was it applied when you came take delivery? My order sheet does not, however my sales rep signed the sheet with a note stating that Im to receive employee pricing.

I have been dealing with the same dealer/sales person for a long time and can trust them. I was told verbally that I would receive employee pricing and the sale amount but never received an order sheet reflecting the employee price. They were good to their word and I did receive employee pricing on delivery.

No rev matching after I checked it out better. I was doing my own rev matching from decades of habits formed. If I dropped a gear without any gas, it would not increase rpm. I still don't like the automatic throttle in 1st. I can do that myself better especially in heavy traffic where you could tickle it to drop below 1000 rpm on any other vehicle. Gas or no gas, it bumps up when you let the clutch out. It needs to go away

Anyone in the 7/7 build week seeing modules populating yet? Not sure how long that normally takes.

The modules will populate once the vehicle is getting put together going down the assembly line. My blend date was actually yesterday but the module hasn't come online yet; it seems Ford's been running behind on most of the recent scheduled build dates.

Just got the text from the dealership. Picking mine up tomorrow after work. Order date was 01/22/25. It was supposed to be built in late May but kept sitting there in production for ~1 month. Be prepared to wait. Shipping was reasonably quick once built.

Hang in there everyone!
