I FINALLY GOT MY BRONCO

Welcome and nice ride! Since the rig has 30k on the clock, look into some drivetrain fluid services if not done already. Get the old gear oils out and some fresh fluids in. Look into the IAG soft top assist struts. They rock.

Mods? Mods are specific to use case. What do you want out of your rig? Just a daily cruiser? Wheeler? Figure out what you want to do and go from there. Plenty of lift options, wheels tires, skid plates, body armor, interior dress up crap, speakers. Sky's the limit.

BTW, the OBX wheels are fine. It's the stock all seasons that make it look less attractive.

Don't go cheap. Stick with good brand tires, but you get whatever tires you want. All will come with trade offs. If you need something more aggressive, all terrains or rugged terrains fit the bill. If you want off-road chops, grab some MT's, however, MT's sacrifice nvh for more performance, and some may not offer good wet traction compared to an AT, so keep that in mind.

Another thing is tire width. Is the OBX wheel 8 inches wide? Find a suitable tire that fits on an 8" wheel. It helps with tire wear, if you care about that stuff. I put a 315 on my 8" Badlands wheels, so take this with a grain of salt.

Pierre, just drive your Bronco for at least a thousand miles or two before you start your shopping spree. And while you already have a nice looking Bronco, these horses are more fun to drive than look at. So, take it to the mall, take it to the suburbs or even a dirt road and enjoy it. After a few adventures, you might find yourself seeking bigger thrills that will impact your tire and wheel choices. Also, even if you never go off-roading, remember that you live in climate that gets snow.

There is one small problem,.......I don't own a cell phone, nor I own a digicam. I hate "smart" phones, and the digicams are, well.....relics of the past century. So, I can't show you the picture of "mine", although you showed EVERYONE the picture of "yours".

Not to get too much into the weeds, but the height of the compact digital camera was the mid to late 2000's, so relics of the last couple of decades (not century).

That and nobody really calls phones "smartphone" anymore. It just a phone. I'm old enough to have grown up with a rotary dial phone in the house as a kid so I'm old, just not "I hate smartphones" old...

To each their own, but this is ugly because the Bronco is an offroad vehicle and those wheels mean that this picture is the most offroad this vehicle will ever be. It's just fake, you wanna get an offroad vehicle because it looks "cool" but you don't wanna offroad at all (because you don't wanna scratch up your pretty wheels), just fake man.

I didn't do a lift. I replaced the crash bars with some modified crash bars. Unfortunately this tire size won't work with the stock rims however there are some decent choices at DiscountTire without breaking the bank. If you call they can walk you through anything you have questions about them. If you do go that route make sure you ask for the "hub rings". They're free and very needed so that you don't get shake in the tires and so they last longer.

I do LOVE my car the way it is now and I don’t even know yet what type of Bronco driver I will be so as I grow with the car I will make changes when necessary but first is to enjoy it. And yes part of the reason I got the Bronco was because I never again want to be stuck in snow

I do LOVE my car the way it is now and I don’t even know yet what type of Bronco driver I will be so as I grow with the car I will make changes when necessary but first is to enjoy it. And yes part of the reason I got the Bronco was because I never again want to be stuck in snow

A bit to unpack between @Pmoney17 and @dbattle back and forth.
@Pmoney17 You likely missed a key bit of information in @dbattle first response. He opted for a 17" wheel with +18 offset. The stock OBX wheels are 18" in diameter with +55 offset. Keeping the original wheels, you will find the widest you can go is 295 before you encounter rubbing on the UCAs.

If you are set on running 35's, you'll have to look at what are called "pizza cutters" on the stock +55 offset wheels. I don't know of any manufacturer that makes them in a 18" wheel diameter. If you pick up a set of OEM 17" wheels with the +55 offset, then your options greatly increase.
