Any way to order it with international shipping? Is it sold anywhere else besides ford website?

Or if anyone is selling his new in box, I’m interested.

You will not use the silver brackets. They are body color on your truck now. No idea why they are even included. Somewhere in this post it is confirmed they are the same as what our trucks already have.

You will just un bolt your hinges and place the Raptor units in place.
Hinges are the same too?
Or should I replace my original hinges with the black ones provided?

You use the black hinges. That is how the exoskeleton attaches.

Exoskeleton refers to the big piece that connects between the hinges and the tire mount?
It seems exactly the same hinges, in terms of size and hole pattern
Also some posts here made with the mount are with the original hinges, so I wonder if there is a difference

I just noticed how it connects to the tire mount only on its side and not to its both sides like cheaper options, such as RC reinforcement. I wonder if it’s still good enough to use with the original badlands tire mount and put 35” on it (currently I have 33”)?
The description page for ford one says to use together with “M-19007-BRA35 or M-19007-BRD35”, I wonder if I should consider buying them too or if the existing one I already have is enough?

Anyone have threading issues during install? That top left bolt got about 80% in and stopped no matter what I did...

Yup, known issue. It is discussed in this thread. You will need to chase the holes with a tap.

Just tracked down the post, page 19 I believe. It’s wild how it’s the left side for them as well. 😂

Question, isn't the main value-add component of a tailgate reinforcement addition to beef up the hinges? I'm not seeing how Ford's version does anything outside of strengthening the spare tire bracket so it doesn't rip out from the tailgate (has that even happened to anyone with the stock setup?) Not trying to diss anyone's choice here, but I'm planning on buying one of these and in doing my homework, this one as an example seems to be way far ahead of Ford's in providing major structural reinforcement as it includes serious hinge upgrades. Please chime in if I'm missing something.

I think the same too - hinges are the same, hinges brackets seems identical to what comes with the vehicle per what people reported here, and also some troubles installing like cutting a piece of the tire carrier frame and some screws not going in easily, I decided to pick the budget option from RC that seems to do exactly the same job...the other approach is the 600$+ like you mentioned, but its pretty expensive and not sure if its reasonable

Hinges are most definitely not the same. You are getting the Braptor hinges with this kit.

Yes the TOR is beefier, but it costs nearly 4x more and is probably too much for most people. Heck, I will likely never run more than 33s on my rig but I still got it for the cosmetics and rock bottom price.

Agreed, the hinges are most certainly an upgrade over non Raptor. They are significantly beefier. Adding this kit took the annoying rattle out of my tailgate.

I placed this order about a month ago, and yesterday, I received an email from Ford stating that my order had been successfully canceled. When I called to ask about it, they told me it was out of stock. I said that was fine, and I’d be willing to wait, but they told me that waiting wasn’t an option—it was just canceled outright.

Whatever the reason, it’s frustrating for me. I used my Ford points to cover part of the cost, and it was also on sale at the time—I think it was around $100 off.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Ordered mine on 4/21. Called today(5/21) to specifically ask for it not to be cancelled. Was told it was scheduled to be checked on 5/23. It was cancelled 2 hours after I hung the phone up with ford. Did you ever sort it out? I also got a discount and used points to get it for a steal. Wondering what they are going to tell me. I still want it.
