Im wondering if anyone tried to fit the 95L with quick release mounts from side to side (left to right)? The case is 47", while the rack is 48", and I assume the quick release mounts takes some extra space as well, so its a tight fit I'll appreciate if anyone can share their experience

Will a 20' reel work in that location with a 35" 4dr bronco? I tried to roughly measure the distance from driver's side pillar to front-right wheel, its about 17', so technically there is enough length, but I know sometimes those reels arent opening 100% in full, or the wire is stiff and needs...

The design of the hook seems very fragile for 3d printing, especially considering the pressure will be at an angle, wouldnt be better if it was wider, with big chamfers to its side? just a thought, not sure what it is intended for

Nice! how do you handle warping? feels like whatever I do like 50-52C chamber temp, glue stick...nothing helps and some level of warping is always there.

How did you get such accurate measures, is it by 3d scanning or other methods?

A scan can be really nice. I’ll happily pay something for your time and effort. If you are willing to scan also some of the interior cargo area like the toolbars and the connecting rear roof bar, I think people will be able to create some very cool addons for the Bronco accurately

Anyone got his hands on a 3d model of the bronco? To fit parts to it, any .step or scan of any sort of format, especially the hard top? I would like to model a complimentary piece to my roof rack, and it could be much nicer if I had something to work with
