I’m installing an amp under my driver seat and I’m looking for a good place to ground it. I have a bronco outer banks with the washable floors.

There’s a grounding bolt above the kick speaker but it’s very far from the amp after everything is tucked down. I tried under the left front seat bolt but it seems it’s not getting a good ground as my left side speakers aren’t getting enough power.

Where should I be grounding the amp?

I placed a small powered sub under my drivers seat on my 2D BB. I removed the trim just inside the door jams, and drilled a self tapper through the floor. (It appears to be boxed in, so no sign of the elements reaching it from the underside). Used the Dremel to remove the paint for good contact. Replace the trim, tuck the wires as necessary. Amp and speakers work flawlessly. Love the added bass! Good luck!

I grounded my DSP under the passenger's seat to the LH rear bolt securing the seat.

I tried grounding it to my driver side front left seat bolt and I’m having issues with the tweeters suddenly not getting enough power ever other time I turn on the car have you had any issues like this?

I know Stinger demonstrates using the seat bolt when using their amp rack, but that's definitely not an appropriate grounding point.

No issues for some, big issues for others. Flip a coin...

You can remove the b pillar plastic and use the bolt on top of the seatbelt assembly for ground.
it’s where the rough country / go rhino power steps get grounded.
