There are a number of items that aren't standard on the Big Bend for MY'25 and aren't stand-alone options:

Right I just checked out B&P. The body armor, aux switches and such. Got it.

It's not a terrible package. Carpet is standard for '25. So only way to get wash-out floors on a BB for '25 is the BD package. Also, steel bumpers front/rear, rock rails, full steel skid plates, AUX switches, and 4A transfer case (which is standard in the Sasquatch package).

Nice, but started as a 40k BB and finished almost 60k for BB/BD/SAS with cloth seats?

The tires/rims look beat up for new. I wonder if someone checked all the options and then canceled and a dealer got in as inventory.

Its got retro vibes but not a real Special Edition. Are the stripes panted or just $199 water decals?

...a little too rainbow for me.
It looks like a play on the Tri-color Toyota decal but with 5 stripes.

It might look better on the new Desert Sand everyone "loves" in the other thread. On black it has no vibe and the gray grill matches nothing. Desert sunset stripes are not for everyone.

I’m one of the weirdos (evidently) that really likes it.
Growing up in the 60s and 70s, when car manufacturers put ZIP into their colors and materials, I wasn't into it. The Road Runner, Wedge, Boss, GTO Judge - with their bright decals were intriguing but I wouldn't buy one (except maybe the goat). But now, all these years later, I'm glad Ford is doing this. We need some pop in a sea of drab, boring vehicles.

This below. SAS package just makes a few changes and a lot of profit.

I still don't get it, the BD was one of the bargain trims to have a Bronco that was capable immediately out the door. Available originally with manual and 2 door option, '32s, steelies, bash plates and a rear diff ... What more did anyone need?

There was a lot of value in a non-Sasquatch BD early on. One could also option the 4A transfer case.

But as time has progressed with the 6G, Ford has locked options that were once available on past trims.

They want to push you into spending the SaS money and upgrades, even rim designs they say you need to add something with suspension etc to not be basic.

It's all an upsell, but with some meaningful upgrades if you are willing to spiral costs out of control. This build above added 50% to the price for some more options, decals and matching striped seats. A configurator calamity from someones insomnia shopping and woke up the next morning and realized its unnatural to have a sunset when it is midnight black.

The back row head rests fold down??? What year did that start happening? I have a 2021, and I have to remove them whenever I fold the seats forward.

My '23 has them. Wife's '22 Bronco Sport does not. Not sure that means anything about the big Bronco though.
