I love my Jtop. But how the front sags while the hard top is on is its only disappointment. I'm hoping I come up with something.

I’m 6’ 9” and have the JTop always installed under the hard top. I also installed the grab handle lights from buckleupoffroad.com and they do a great job of keeping the Bimini top higher up closer to the hard top.

I also had used a low-tech length paracord tied across the top to keep the Bimini top from sagging too much; but after the grab handles went in the paracord hasn’t been needed.

1. After initial, what would be an estimated time to put on the Solid Bimini and take off (hardtop owners vs soft top)?
2. Is it made to be able to fold or roll up and store in the cargo area? (i.e., easy to store onboard to install for quick pop up showers)
3. Are there any features, like securing it half open, folding back and locking down?

Thanks for the questions. You can certainly fold it back but that’s not what it’s designed for. Of you’re looking for something to throw on quickly I would have to recommend a bungee top. Unfortunately they don’t come with access ports and have gaps around the perimeter.

Been waiting since you teased us last year! This with the tonneau is what I'll likely run all summer. Currently have the Ford tonneau and really like it except for the straps, hopefully yours has a better way to attach to the tailgate.

well if you already have the mesh one and want to carry it then swap it out aka velcro, thats a valid use case I looked at trying a spiderweb, but not sure it would work over the top of a JTops.

Oh I get it. Yes you can swap it out for the mesh but for the hardtop it has a hardware mounting plate. You could undo the Velcro fold it back and attach the twill top. Never tried it though.

Might be a good idea to call Mike @JTopsUSA to see if they can make your date. Some vendors will let you pay a little extra for expedited services.

Their website says it ships via FedEx. I’ve had hit & miss results with them compared to UPS but obviously YMMV.

Hey Mike @JTopsUSA, I noticed you had a Raptor version with the cross brace. Can you share any more details about that one?

I have a Goat Fab cross brace on my Badlands. I’m guessing you probably didn’t test fit for this condition but to have a shot I’m guessing I would need to order the Raptor version?
