Hey guys, I'm hoping to get some questions answered for my 2023 bronco. I want to put a roof rack on to carry skis and kayaks, but I also want to be able to remove the far back roof. I'll attach a photo of a bronco I found online so you can see what I mean. I have searched everywhere and I cant find a roof rack that doesn't clip to the rear roof. So if anybody knows a website or a part number please let me know I have been looking for a long time, thank you guys.

Apparently... and I just discovered this today.... RTR sells one that works with soft tops. Which means it should also work with the hard top removed.

It's sold out on the RTR website but appears to still be in stock on the BN website where I found it. (Either that or they just didn't update their website.)

The Gobi rack for non raptors does not connect to the rear shell. You can add quick connects up front and the rack will tilt back to remove the entire top.

You sure you want the back off during ski season? 😆
In all seriousness, whatever your solution, i wouldn’t trust a rack that attaches to your removable panels unless the back is firmly in place. Without that clamshell to hold it down there’s not much more than gravity attaching the mid panel to your rig. I know they’re spendy but the soft top racks may be your best solution.

The hard top cannot be removed while the Roof Rack is installed.

So take top off and then put the rack on until winter comes and then remove the rack to reinstall top.

So, there's THIS .... But this is to be completely roof-less...

Like someone else said, you've got to anchor to the vehicle, not the roof panels.
