Those of you who have had the 6100s installed, how do they perform when rock crawling? Are they as willing to articulate as the stock Badlands setup?
Ive done same trails with mine, its a 4 door, with both stock Sasquatch and 6100s. The 6100 are a little stiffer, but I had no issues.

The instructions go by bottom cir clip being basically stock, each cir clip position 2 , 3, 4, ect is one higher from that.

Is there a noticeable improvement in getting new springs versus reusing the stock sasquatch ones?
From what I understand, I believe Shock Surplus has a video on the Bilstien springs as well, I believe the springs are the same rate...so there shouldn't be much difference in ride?

That's a really nice spring compressor. I am not sure if the cheapie ones would work? Anyone else do this yourself at home with a standard rented or purchased spring compressor? I'm really interested in these shocks but would need to install them myself. Shops around my area are not good and charge ridiculous $$.
I installed the 6100s on my Badlands non-sas myself using $43 amazon spring compressors (Orion Motor Tech) and didn't have any issues. I was nervous and went slow and kept everything balanced, but it worked totally fine for me. Could imagine how it could go very sideways though.

I'm seeing 325 a piece, where do you see less than 1k? If there's a package deal for the2 doors that would be great

Got mine $217EA from (jeepandtruckparts.com). That drop seller has mixed reviews. However, tax free and free extremely fast shipping. Can't beat it! Panda Motorworks may be able to offer similar price if PM'd.

I used this "cheap" vevor model from Amazon. The clamshell design feels significantly safer than the typical c-clamp style. Just make sure you have a long wratchet wrench. Don't use an impact.

Very handy to own a compressor, especially if you add weight and need to adjust heights.

if you’re looking for something you’d describe as OEM+, this is the move. The ride is better than the stock sas suspension. Firmer, not harsh but it soaks up bumps, high speed turns have no body sway, and braking has no nose dive. Solid, solid package.
Did you look at the 5100 system?
Curious what the extra $700 gets you.

If you don't mind me asking, if you got it installed at a shop, about what did they charge? From what I've seen, the shocks themselves aren't that expensive (<$1k for all four). But it would be more complicated due to the spring transfer and everything still has to come off.
Not identical but Panda is doing my Eibach coil overs for $665. Another $200 to install the Icon tubular DJ UCA’s.

I talked with another local shop and they were almost the same money. With them I explored the 6112 option. Parts were a hair cheaper but install was a little higher at around $800. The guy there took time to deep dive both options and recommended the Eibachs to me FWIW.

Are they the ProTrucks 2.0? Do you know if they go lower than 2.5" on the 2dr Sas?

Yes, they are the Protruck 2.0’s. However, I optioned for the HD springs since I have BAMF bumper and winch up front and TOR rear bumper on rear until/if BAMF makes a rear variant. The HD springs helps counter the extra weight so you don’t eat up your lift with preload to balance the extra weight. Also reduces nose dive.

Mine is a 4 door Badlands, non squatch. Minimum heights are driven by model type but YES, you can get below 1.5” on a 2 door.

See last sheet on install instructions that shows variability. Look at right for lowest settings.

Edited to add:
Eibach now offers this kit with or without the HD springs at NO up charge. This was a new option that came out when I bought during a BF special. Previously I think the HD springs were a couple hundred bucks for front and the same for rear.

That's definitely an option, then. Looking to stay under 2.5" to say as stock as possible. Not in a hurry to replace them, unless the stock Bilstein's give out sooner than later. If I can't afford the 8112's ( 😁 😁 😁 ), which is most probably, I've at least got two options.
