Can anyone tell me if you can get adaptive cruise with a manual transmission? It's very difficult to get that info from the Ford website!

My ‘22 has it, believe it is in the Lux package.
I get crap mileage when using it but you’re where it’s pretty flat so you may have better luck.

You can actually shift gears with cruise enabled on the 7MT it’s kinda wierd but works
Yep, blew my mind when I discovered that. I don't have adaptive cc but you would just shift as you would normally and let the adaptive cruise control your speed. Would be a little weird thinking about it.

My 23 Badlands Lux has it, Works Great, Shift as normal, but I usually use it on the highway so little shifting to be done. I use the max follow distance set it and let er' rip. I do not find the mileage suffering much versus pedaling it (I get about 18.5 miles per gallon), but if you depress the clutch for more than 5-7 seconds it lets the cruise go, (i.e. like you touched the breaks.)

How does the rpm react if you push the clutch to shift or just push it in? Like u said it will knock the cruise off if you hold it for more than a normal shift.

That is something I did not know, thanks.

It holds rpm from the old gear and uses Rev Matching to put rpm where it needs to be for the new gear once it sees where you are going with it

So no brake or gas pedal needed - just clutch and shift and let the clutch out normal

Related to this question, while you do get adaptive cruise with the manual (and Lux) if you get the manual there are twin options you have to give up. 1) remote start and 2) trail turn assist. Makes sense to me why they can’t put those on a manual, but wanted you to be aware that there are a couple of things you have to be willing to give up if you go with the 7MT.
