My dealership literally just ordered one for me two weeks ago and it arrived last week. Maybe the backorder thing is brand new? When did they tell you that?

Well if they said end of January they were pretty much right on. I was just confirming that it is on backorder

Yeah sorry I should’ve added context. It says ETA off backorder is 1/17/25, so end of January is a good guess for when it will come in.

Yeah I think the approval was closer to a week and the GSB was very helpful. I also had issues with the mid panel and front panels, so maybe that's why it took longer to get approval. What has taken the most time is getting the rear caps.
