Starting to notice a trend, and not sure if there even was an update last night or not. Since I had auto-updates on from the start I've left them on after an update August/September 2023 that seemed to mess up Android Auto wireless connection. Now I will say the previous update appeared to have fixed it, but like a big dummy I left auto-update on. I noticed this morning more connectivity issues in Android Auto. Also (like the previous update), noticed my Bronco is not connecting to the Ford Pass app. It connected yesterday, but hasn't updated since.

So I'm wondering if anyone else is noticing this same issue where the Ford Pass app doesn't connect after an OTA update to SYNC?

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.

No need for that, I'm at just under 74k miles, well over my warranty period, so I'm not going to any dealer for this.

I'd just be happy if the people at Ford could eventually release an update that doesn't break shit.

Had the same problem a month ago. Disconnected the negative battery terminal for about 15 minutes. I was then able to connect my bronco to the app after reconnecting the cable. Hope this helps.

As a data point, I updated yesterday to ECG-24.2.5.6.2 and am not having any issues with Fordpass. 🤷‍♂️
It wasn't an auto-update, but I got sick of the dismissing the alerts....
