On the drivers side install, just pull hard and the “tamper proof” connections will just break and you’re good to go.
I considered that but felt it was on the verge of snapping the male fitting off. Props for going for it.

Just did this today. Yea pulling on that was not a great feeling. I ran a 90* pick up there and I was able to break the orange piece up which made it easier to get it off. I was able to get it off with the pipe in place.

Ford accessories is running 25% off now if anyone is interested.
Overall I’m pretty happy with the kit. FP kept the hoses to a minimum length which are important if you have cold winters

Anyone have some miles after install? Feedback on oil collection? Easy to empty?

Thanks!

Yeah it works. It’s easy enough to drain at every oil change. I change a bit earlier but I believe the cans may go 8-10,000 miles until needing to be drained.

I see this setup uses dual catch cans. Does Ford offer a single OEM catch can for the 2025 Bronco Raptor? I'm only asking about official Ford parts, not aftermarket options like J&L.

Also - I found Ford’s installation instructions for the M-6766-BW30 catch can kit, but I haven’t been able to locate the actual kit for purchase.

The instructions mention compatibility with 2023–2024 models... Can anyone confirm if this kit would work with the 2025 Bronco Raptor?

The Ford Performance AOS kit has some fitment issues which caused the underside of the hood to contact the top of one of the catch cans so it was pulled from the market about 6 months ago. They are supposedly working on a fix but I haven’t seen or heard of an update.

It took many months to even get confirmation that a fix was being worked on, but that has happened, and it is likely that sometime in the next 12 months, it will be available again.

They have not offered a single catch can solution. There are two turbos. I don't think that they wanted them both dumping to a single catch can. Also, with their installation, the catch cans are about 12-20 inches apart.

Wow, J&L was simple to install and it's all nice machined aluminum. It's certainly working and can probably go at least 30k mi between empties (in part due to my mild climate and I got the larger optional container). That install of the Ford system and its price both look utterly terrible. Not a solution for me.

All that said, I'm still on the fence as to the need/benefit of this type of system.

I will probably purchase the IAG AOS system. I had one for my 2.7 and it worked very well. It filters and runs everything back into the system, much like the AOS for the GT500 works.

Not in a rush, but I will probably pick one up soon.

That's what I have on now. Took the Ford one off after it took so much paint off the underside of my hood

Still have mine on and the "pass side" continues to rub paint off.

same. I thought about filing down the back edge a bit, but kind of pointless now plus its the underside of the hood so not really a big deal, my engine bay looks like a war zone anyways.

Spoke with Ford Performance tech line today. Their original dual catch can kit for the Braptor - part# M-6766-BW30, has been replaced with part# M-6760-RR30. The tech claims it eliminates the fitment issues of the original kit.

After considering all things and reviews, I opted for the UPR Dual Valve can via Lethal Perfromance. Gonna install this weekend and start catching stuff I can use as bar oil on the chainsaw. Who knew this would be the ultimate environmentally sensitive upgrade!!
