Great thread. I am an engineer from Brandmotion and this thread was brought to my attention while working on a solution for the FullVUE overheating issue.

Thanks to customer feedback we were able to identify the root cause of the display flashing under high temperature conditions and solve it with new production FullVUEs.

If you have this issue, please contact our tech support line (734) 619-1250. Tim will be able to help you through the process of getting the faulty mirror replaced.

Frankly too little too late. Tim was great helping me with getting new kit the first time 2.5 years ago! But thanks to your policy of completely remove everything before you'd send me a new kit my options were drive around with a half assembled car for weeks or take everything apart and put it back together again and I was paying the installer for their time. After getting a third system because I found it for $250, I used @Bee Bop install guide to do it myself. It's also busted and has been for the past year, it's just stable enough to not be completely annoying. Wolfbox just released their 900 Pro with better resolution and options and it's arriving today. The fact that it took this long to fix does not instill confidence in your product quality.

I’ve had mine installed a a little over a month. Tonight, the first issue with it. It will not turn off. It will drain my battery, unless I disconnect it from my fuse panel. Not impressed

Press and hold the power button at the bottom of the mirror. This activates/deactivates the accessory trigger wire.

Thank you will try this. Could not find any troubleshooting measures in the installation manual or online

@Brandmotion Joe Hi, what is the fuse amp ratings for the two wires? I’m redoing mine so it doesn’t drain my battery but not sure what amp to use. I forget what came in the box.

Does any one know how to tap into a 2023 bronco raptor that is using a brand motion mirror. The mirror dos not have the normal p In back it just is a cord that goes in the back with no connection. Is there any where else I can tap into near the mirror
