Ordered a pair of these today.

Probably going to run those and the hitch light together. If we ever have to use the hitch; we'll still have another set of brake lights.

what are you doing about the Rear Identification Lamps , that we need for being wider then 80"..

Texas doesn't have a rear ID requirement...even for a commercial vehicle 80" or wider. Transportation code here says they "may be equipped" but doesn't say they are required.

interesting, love the c1r, i actually have 3 mounted on my spare tire and using that for my chmsl + flashes when turning left or right.

I looked at going that route but didn't want to complicate changing a flat tire. The wife uses this as her daily driver. If it was me...I wouldn't care to have to move the lights to get to the spare.
