Aftermarket bumpers recommendations

I have a 24 Outer Banks 4 door and would like to replace the standard bumpers- front and rear. I have parking sensors and adaptive cruise and am wondering what the community has installed. Ur help is appreciated

With the luxe package on there, having looking into this in detail, I advise not changing the bumper UNLESS you have a solid reason for doing so, e.g. wanting to add a winch. Otherwise it is pricey and there is a risk of things going haywire with the luxe features. But if you do proceed the bumpers that provide relocation brackets etc. include ARB, Bay Area Metal Fabrication, and Addictive Desert Designs. The Ford winch bumper does not work with Luxe strangely. The lack of a factory winch option on Bronco combined with the difficulty of after market solutions is now a real advantage for Jeep.

How is that a "real" advantage for Jeeps? I would guess that less than 5% of Broncos will ever see a winch. I don't see that as a real advantage for Jeep.

Many aftermarket bumpers cover the adaptive cruise module. A number here have relocated the AC sensor and not reported any problems. That said, I see just enough posts detailing issues after relocating the sensor to scare me off. It’s where it’s at for a reason IMHO. I‘d love to put a new front bumper on, but I rely on adaptive nearly every time I drive my bronco and am not willing to jeopardize its proper function in any way. I ended up going with Rough Country’s high winch mount and Warn VR 12S on my Badlands, Sas, Lux with Mod bumper. Adaptive cruise isn’t blocked and works fine.

In two years and trips to Death Valley, Sand Hollow and two to Moab, I’ve yet to use my winch. We’re older and wheel alone, thus I’m fully prepared. If I had it to do over again, I’d mount the winch in the rear where the muffler is. But that’s easier said than done too.

I have the RC rear and Blackhorse front. Really like both. Both are viewable on CJ Pony parts, though available other places. Both come with shackles and the rear came with lights, I retained the stock fogs front has bull bar. Strong, good finish,

easy install ,$1200 for the pair.
Set up for parking sensors and ACC though I have neither. Rear has spare tire license plate mount.

hi dgorsett. What is that plate underneath your spare tire? Is that attached to your trailer hitch, and who makes it? I’m looking for something like that essentially as a bumper guard.

It's a hitch skid by Body Armor. Generic ones on Amazon also. Functions well. I've bounced it off a few things and works nicely as a step to get to roof rack.

The best front bumper is in my opinion is the FORD Modular...Looks fantastic, is light and you can accessorize at your pleasure...almost every aftermarket option looks chunky or just too angular with all the flat plate welded together, can they not bend steel?

I run WARN Elite front and back. I have the winch on the front. No issues, and a nice solid bumper. I did relocate my ACC, but I have zero problems with it. Approach and departure angles are good as well. Also for the rear, it has the same plate location.

I went with JCR…don’t have sensors but they have the holes and relocation kit…I am happy with them overall…
