It wasn't to bad the hardest part is cutting the hole in my brand new house lol. If you can cut and flair copper lines it's not to bad.

Replaced the stock rock rails with @ZROADZOFFICIAL rock sliders/steps. Easy peasy process even solo, delivered a day after ordering to my front door. The only thing to watch for are the speed nuts which can shidt a bit and misalign relative to the rail. It would also be nice if the instructions provided include the OEM torque specs - 10ftlb for the 10mm nuts and 18.5 ftlb for the 13mm ones.

Will be putting the OEM ones for sale real cheap, hit me up if interested. I am in San Diego
Just ordered the same! Was considering Goat Fab too (also a good sale) but really liked the design and looks of these and saw posts from @NORCALGXP in Moab and the Rubicon confirming they can handle some abuse…at least more than I’m likely to dish out. Good tips for install, will pay attention to that.

Awesome pictures. I’m thinking doing this trail this weekend. I’m on a stock Badlands Sasquatch and have very little off road experience. Should I be concerned? I’ll be joined by my buddy in his Jeep and we’ll air down and have basic recovery gear (tow strap, soft shackles, traction boards), but no winch. What do you think?

If you follow the directions from the following video, the only 2 things you're going to need for this trail are 4L and the rear locker at some technical spots. You can leave your traction boards at home. It's a great trail for a beginner – you and your buddy are going to like it.

Not an authority on the topic, but I have heard numerous people who claim to be state that if a traction board ever gets you out of a bind you were never really stuck. Of course the high quality ones have additional uses, for example as a ramp over a narrow ditch.

I feel like those who say that don't have a ton of experience with sand lol

I have had mine on for about 11 months. I can confirm they can take some abuse. They also make getting in and out awhole lot easier lol. I love them though! @ZROADZOFFICIAL you guys made an awesome product in these.

That looks great. The set up is still working great for me. Glad you tried the split setup. That was my initial plan but haven’t needed it. Well done. Looks like mine, yours is just better👍🏼. Hope my plans helped.

That’s beautiful! I’ve hiked Mt Rainier twice, with my son and we have always wanted to go Alaska.
