I wonder how Ford would handle that situation. They replace your entire top under warranty. Lets say 6 months later the replacement top has issues (warranty expired)....I would think they still have liability to replace it. If they fixed your engine or transmission (anything really) under warranty and the parts were defective and the issue resurfaced after warranty expiration....I would think they would need to fix it at their cost.I WOULD NOT WAIT. There are people on this forum who have had to replace their top multiple times. Wait until the end and you will be fucked if the replacement turns bad. These problems usually appear over time, not immediately. Ford isn't going to warranty you 3 years from when you got your replacement top. It's 3 years from when you bought your Bronco. I'm getting mine done right now so that I've got more than another year, in case the replacement is also bad.
If it went to court, with all the documented known issues about this MIC top....they would likely lose.
