MIC top concern - faint cracks

Make sure to inspect the hell out of the new one before they install it. I had to reject a couple. Use your phone flashlight to help see any existing cracks. Good luck!

Thanks for the heads up. Crazy that is required!!! My dealership says I am the first replacement they have seen which seems surprising.

Curious if anyone that had the hardtop replaced through warranty asked if a new soft top was an option instead of another hardtop. I'm just thinking that if the cracking keeps happening over and over why not see if you could have a factory hardtop swapped for a factory soft top or are there just as many problems with the factory soft top too.
