Has anyone put these bushwacker fenders flares on your Bronco. I have a Oxford White Badlands and I like the look. These are from Ford but I am open to suggestions.

They certainly look way better than the Braptor flares.

For those that don't like the look, keep it to yourself.

You might do a google search for "bronco6g bushwacker fender flare". I know I've seen a couple people post about having them.
Is there a reason I shouldn't put them on. We have a Jeep and sold a Rubicon to buy the Bronco kept the other Jeep. We are used to changing up the fender flares. Seriously l would like to know why some don't like them.

If you want, read the thread Lowcountry linked to; there's just a lot of making fun of the look. I don't think they look bad, but they have a certain connotation to some people. People can be rude is all. You do you.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally I like the standard non-Sas flares the best. The Bronco body already flares outward compared to the top section. Wider flares further emphasize the "wide load" look.

On the other hand, some folks like the flares/tires sticking out more from the body. Depends on the look you are after.

In terms of functionality, either way I like having the tread portion of the tire covered by the flare, to help reduce splatter and dings.

I do not want them to go past the tire, I didn't realize they did. I will have to rethink this. Thank you.

Thank you I did and you are right. I also posted that I liked them but I may rethink it if they the tires stick out further. Anyways it should be interesting to see what kind of comments I get. I am more interested in durability than what others think.

I think they mean the tire doesn't stick out as far as the flare, so the flare kind've covers the tire looking front to back. If that makes sense... In other words, if you wanted to correct that, you could put a small spacer on the hub so the tire sticks out a little bit.

Looking at the photo you posted, at least Sas, the top of the flare sticks out a little more than the bottom. Not a lot, just a little. Some people like positive poke, where the tire is further out than the edge of the flare. This might give you negative poke.

I remember back in the 90's seeing these on trucks that didn't have flares and they looked like shoulder pads. They helped cover up rust on Chevy fenders, for instance. Maybe also to catch mud (I'm from the bayou's outside of Houston). That's what some people remember. These aren't like that. I suspect they're pretty solid, too, but I've not seen them in person.
