i got these installed, but also did mickey thompson baja boss at 37, i'm getting a rougher ride, and i'm not sure whats doing it lol.
What’s the load range on the new tires? If you went with a D or E rated tire then it will be rougher. I have also heard that the springs need a bit of time to settle.

What psi are you running in the new tires? Might want to try running 32-34 psi cold. This was super helpful to me when I ran D/E load tires on the Bronco.

Got them with 37 in it. Dropped to 34. Still harsh. Dropped again to 32

I installed the front 1.1" with the 2" rear springs from hyperco.

Here are my before and after results:

Front Passenger: before 42-1/4" after 43-1/8" - RESULT 7/8"
Front Driver: before 42 -1/8" after 43 1/8" - RESULT: 1"
Rear Passenger: before 41-7/8" after 44-3/4" - RESULT: 2-7/8"
Rear Driver: before 42" after 44-7/8" - RESULT: 2-7/8"

Front to rear rake: Before -1/4" after +1-3/4"

Before the lift you can see I was sitting actually down a hair in the rear vs the front.

In the front i have a maxlider front bumper and warn ZEON 10-S winch
In the rear I have a fridge with slider, two other drawers and a shelf from American adventure lab. I have an ARB dual compressor under the spare which also has a beadlock ring and a heavier tire. Have a pretty darn light fly rod carrier on a shorty roof rack too but it all adds up to make the rear uncomfortably saggy.

I chose to install it myself as I enjoy this sort of thing. It wasn't terribly difficult but I must say that I wish ford had left us a hair more room to unplug and replug the rear shocks. Also, the shock wire plug WOULD NOT latch in the plugged in position when I plugged them back in. I struggled with this for literally hours trying to force it and in the end a mechanic friend of mine said spray the latch part of the connector with wd-40. I did that and they latched easy with no effort on the first try. For getting the front coil/shock assembly in/out you'll have to disconnect the tie rod and the upper control arm, both are a simple one-bolt removal but make sure you support the rotor as it will want to move down and roll back, which you will need to do anyhow to get the full shock assembly all the way out. Roll it back and zip tie it out of the way so you don't stretch the hoses/wires. The assembly will still require prying to get in and out.

Tools required (from memory):
Straight blade screwdriver or strong finger for plugs.
27mm socket for shock bolt
29mm for rear shock nuts (fronts are captured-ish nuts)
17mm ratcheting wrench for top of shocks
19mm wrench and/or socket for upper control arm nut
21mm wrench and/or socket for front tie rod nut
Hammer (dead blow would be good too)

Overall you can list me as very happy. I don't notice any difference in ride and now I have some weight bearing capability for a rear bumper and when I pack up the rear end full of camping gear. Can even get better rock sliders or skid platers or carry spare fuel or or or...

Looks exactly the way it should come from the factory.

What size Krawlers are those? That is a good look on the Raptor!
Thanks, those are 37x12.5 on the factory wheels + bead locks.

The tires change the look much more than the lift. It looks mean now. I've had those on since I bought it last year.

First post, 2024 Shadow Black, I can provide another confirmation that with the Eibach front 2.7" and rear 1.1" fit without rubbing. Bora 1.5" spacers installed all around as well to give that poke.

Can't comment on articulation as they were just installed.

Front tire is Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT 40/13.50/17
Rear tire is Cooper Discoverer STT 40/13.50/17

Factory wheels, I looked for a hot minute before deciding that they are actually the ideal wheels for my needs.

So if anyone was on the fence on how either tire in a 40" looks on a Raptor, there you go!

I'll hold of on discussing the "why" on the different tires until I've resolved the situation with the distributer.

Pics attached, with just a quick level and a tape measure, it appears that the Cooper is coming in around 38.75" and the Mickey is 38.50". Little tough to get a good level shot so could be off a bit. Poke is out around 2" all around, going to take the guards off over the weekend.

Hopefully get the S&B and UPR catch can in if I find the time as well.

Sweet- thanks!

so who screwed up the tire order and got you 4/5 of the same brand?

I ran the coopers on a 3/4t truck in 35”. They were good tires, but the weight of a diesel killed the wear
